Sea View Beach Hotel - Santorini - Perivolos Perivolos Beach

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff and good food. Really great atmosphere and you just have to cross the road to get to the black sand beach and the beautiful waters of the Aegean. Had a pretty good time here.

Great location. Perfect place for family with the small children. Very close to the ocean. We love the service and people who working there ! Very tasty breakfast with fresh made orange juice and different yummi stuff :) every time we wanna order our coffee, the stuff in a bar was always remembering what we like and how we want it ;) The Greek family who own this hotel was very friendly and helpful. And because of so nice environment we decided to stay few more days! :) we recommend it 100% ?

The Beach Restaurant was fantastic indoor seating and for outdoor seating it had comfortable, clean and well looked after sun loungers right by the beach in Perivolos. Definitely recommend this place and get a steak when you go, completely outdid my expectations

I stayed at this location with friends during our short stay on the island. We booked the double room. We were welcomed by Kelly who processed our payment and also gave tips on what we could find around. The rooms do not directly face the sea. It’s a couple of meters away but it’s very close. You need about 1-2 minutes walk to get to the ocean. It’s a family business as other reviewers have mentioned. People had mixed experiences here but my friends and I (6 in total) had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was friendly and ready to assist. We didn’t pay for breakfast prior to coming but we were able to have breakfast nonetheless which was billed to our room. The room was clean when we arrived. There was hot and cold water running and the AC was working. We had clean towels for the beach and also for the shower. Internet was working. I found it slow but it works. There’s a pool which can be used by residents of the hotel. It wasn’t very busy at the time we went so we had a good time there by ourselves. The hotel is close to other fun places so you can take a stroll to have dinner or drinks elsewhere. You will relatively get the same experience if you dined at the hotel. They had cocktails and the food was good. Price is also moderate. I would recommend this hotel. I didn’t give it a 5 star recommendation because of the slow internet and the salty water (which is really not their fault. That’s just what they have on the island). I also tried reaching them several times via email and called to arrange a taxi for us but there was no answer. It wasn’t a deal breaker because we could easily get a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Costs approx 35€.

A pleasant place to relax on the beach for a day. Sun loungers are comfy and on a nice part of the beach. Food is fantastic and good value. The music here is relaxing, and only played in the restaurant not the beach, so a more relaxing vibe than some of the other more club-like beach bars. Only gripe would be that the cocktails are weak (but the prices are reasonable so you could always order two!).

The hospitality here is like no other I have received before. Everyone was so welcoming,helpful and warm towards my friends and I. The food at the hotel!!! Oh my! We were there for a whole week, we went to many restaurants and you just can’t compare the food to any restaurants’ food! Honestly speaking, I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for good ambiance and fantastic food. They cater for any sort of pallet. My wife and I spent a week at the resort and we had an incredible holiday. From the very moment we arrived, the owners and rest of the staff greeted us with a warm welcome, and for the entire duration of our stay made us feel part of their family. The level of service that we received was exceptional, the hotel itself is very clean and well maintained, and the location is ideal for visiting other parts of the island. At the start of the holiday we opened a tab to our room and we were so happy at the very reasonable price for our food and drinks for the entire week. Excellent food and service, very friendly staff, great suggestions in dishes and food! By the pool or by the beach, they were always with us to replenish our buckets or serve us if we need. Nice and comfortable accommodation. You must visit the restaurant at least once, you won't regret it, regardless if you stay there! See you next time?
