★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Περάσαμε υπέροχα στην villa Apex! Μαγευτική θέα θάλασσας και βουνού!Ευρύχωρα δωμάτια και μεγάλα σαλόνια,χώρος για εργασία για 5 άτομα με θέα στον κήπο. Όλα τα αυτοκινητά μας (5) ήταν μέσα στην αυλή! Η Πέννυ μας πρότεινε εστιατόρια και δραστηριότητες όπως ιππασια, ιστιοπλοια και ψωνια στο McArthurGlen
 We had a wonderful time at villa Apex! Magnificent sea and mountain views! Spacious rooms and large lounges, work space for 5 people overlooking the garden. All our cars (5) were in the yard! Penny recommended restaurants and activities such as horseback riding, sailing and shopping at McArthurGlen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το χειρότερο κατάλυμα που έχω μείνει! Κακή συμπεριφορά ιδιοκτήτριας, μας ζητούσε παραπάνω χρήματα από αυτά που συμφωνήσαμε, μας κατηγόρησε για ζημιές που ποτέ δεν κάναμε, μας πέταξε έξω από τη βίλα της βρίζοντας μας και στο τελος καλέσαμε την αστυνομία! Μακριά από αυτή τη βίλα ταλαιπωρηθήκαμε πέντε μήνες μέχρι να μας αφήσει στην ησυχία μας!!!!!!
The worst accommodation I have ever stayed! Bad behavior of the owner, she demanded more money from us than we agreed, she blamed us for damages we never did, she threw us out of her villa cursing us and in the end we called the police! Away from this villa we suffered for five months until he left us alone !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, a little bit far from civilization (without a car life may be difficult, but we have tested - it is not impossible). Peace, quite and breathtaking views are priceless. The owner was very nice and helpful - organized transport and delicious dinner in near by, friendly tavern. Five stars fully earned!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I celebrated there my birthday with a group of fifteen friends. The house is comfortable, bright and clean. It has large lounges and is close to the main road and shops. Amazing sea view, wonderful sunsets, nice beaches nearby. Also helpful host. We had a great time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent two wonderful weeks at Penny's Villa Apex. It provided us some needed relaxation , and it was very close to the beach where we could enjoy the sea and the sun anytime of the day. If we wanted to go sightseeing we could be in 20 minutes at the Temple of Sounion, and by 30 minutes drive at Acropolis or Athens city center where we could enjoy the city life, which gave us great alternatives during our stay in Athens. The villa is exquisite, with many different , spacious rooms, so as a family of 20 people we had a very pleasurable time , and when we , the adults, wanted some relaxation, we could go on the top floor whereas our children could play on the ground floor. Our favorite features where the living room where there was an amazing view of the sea and we could all gather for dinner. The landscape is also amazing, and the host Penny was excellent, with prompt communication, attention-to-detail and willingness to help us with our accommodation.
We will definitely visit the Villa again and can't wait for it's magical view!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We traveled to Athens with a group of colleagues from work. We were 18 people in total and we had an amazing time. The villa provided us with lots of privacy, with many rooms available, and at the same time beautiful moments in the communal spaces and massive living rooms. Beautiful night views from the kitchen area, where we enjoyed our dinner all together. Sufficient space for parking for at least 5 cars. Close to the airport, vouliagmeni beach and sounio but at the same time easy access to the city centre where, as a local, I provided a tour to the Acropolis and the Greek culture for my colleagues.
