Τέλειο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης! Τα πάντα ολοκαίνουργια, καθαρά, με μεράκι και γούστο. Παρέχονται όλες οι ανέσεις, ειδικά για όποιον μείνει για μεγάλο διάστημα όπως εγώ. Ο Άγγελος είναι ένας ευγενέστατος νέος, επαγγελματίας και πάντα πρόθυμος να εξυπηρετήσει, κάτι που είναι σπάνιο στις μέρες μας. Το συστήνω ΑΝΕΠΙΦΎΛΑΚΤΑ...

Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα! Μέσα έξω πολύ καθαρό και άνετο, ολοκαίνουριο με μια θέα το κάτι άλλο!! Και ο ΙΔΙΟΚΤΗΤΗΣ ΚΑΤΑΠΛΗΚΤΙΚΟΣ και ΕΥΓΕΝΙΚΟΣ!!!

Εξαιρετικό μέρος! Σε πολύ καλο σημείο και αρκετά προσεγμένο.. Ο Άγγελος ήταν φιλικός και μας βοήθησε σε ότι θελήσαμε!

Πολύ όμορφο και προσεγμένο μέρος το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Όλα πολύ καθαρά πολύ σημαντικό για μένα που ειμαι τελειομανης στην καθαριότητα Μπράβο!!!

Ενώ ήταν ωραίο το διαμέρισμα και ανακαινισμένο, από την πρώτη μέρα κιόλας βρήκαμε κατσαρίδες. Δώσαμε μια μέρα περιθώριο μήπως "έτυχε". Την επόμενη λοιπόν βρήκαμε ξανά σε διάφορα μέρη του σπιτιού(κουζίνα, μπάνιο, υπνοδωμάτιο). Εννοείται πως μιλήσαμε με τον ιδιοκτήτη προκειμένου να βρεθεί κάποια λύση. Τα υπόλοιπα δωμάτια που νοίκιαζε ήταν όλα γεμάτα και ο ίδιος δεν δεχόταν να μας επιστρέψει το ποσό που δώσαμε. Κάθε φορά που γυρναγαμε στο διαμέρισμα ψάχναμε για κατσαρίδες στο σπίτι. ΑΙΣΧΟΣ!

Rly nice appartments with great host. Explained everything, showed us all we need. Appartment was clean. Would recommend. Appartments are on top of building with great view.

We found COCKROACHES all the time in the whole apartment. We mentioned the whole situation at Booking.com but the host denied to give a refund. We are totally disappointed!! The property’s behaviour was unbelievable. You can see below a sample of what I mean.

We booked the three bedroom apartment for five people (one couple, another adult and two kids) - and it was one of the best decisions we made about this trip! Upon arrival - which was very easy by car, although parking can be tricky - it was fun to collect the entrance key from a mystery box, then to climb the unique elevator (just beware that one of the walls is exposed and moving, so better not lean on anything until after you're familiar with it!) The apartment itself was sparkling clean, tidy, very welcoming and spacious. The ceiling is high and the apartment overviews the surrounding neighborhood and the sea in the distance. Downtown is a 15 minute walk. There is excellent ventilation since you can get plenty of fresh air flowing through the many balconies, but the apartment was also warm and pleasant once we activated the gas heating. Each time one of us "found" the next room tidied up so nicely and with an inviting huge bed they would shout "this room is mine!!" because it seemed like it was a bounty - but we quickly realized that all the bedrooms were pretty much identical, with just very minor variations (e.g. two of the bedrooms share the long balcony that has the dryer, whereas the third bedroom has its own private and shorter balcony). But you will not be short of balconies, that's for sure! The kitchen is equipped for cooking breakfast or a light dinner, and we could either meet in the living room, or at the dining table, or just be in our rooms without bothering one another. Showering was a dream - non-stop hot water with excellent water pressure, which is really nice when it's cold outside. The bathroom does not have a window, but that is OK as you are expected to go to your room to free it up for the next person - as there was often contention on that room, either for the toilets or for the shower (or for the washing machine). Laundry was a breeze, and you could either use the dryer or one of the many gas radiators. Angelo our host was so helpful and kind, he was obsessed with making us feel at home and comfortable. When there was some technical glitch with the heating system he offered to arrive right away, but was also willing to assist us step by step to get it resolved without his intervention. All in all - great experience and highly recommended!
