★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well furnished place, cosy and silent. Very far from civilization, without car you shouldn't even think about this place. You have beautiful view, pool, you can make loundry and iron your clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sea View Villa - The villa with it's amazing view, very well equipped kitchen, nice two bedrooms with own bathrooms surpassed our expectations. There is also great gas grill and coffee machine available, dishes, glasses, mugs, pots for cooking on the cooking plate or in oven, are there as well.
The area is very quite, not crowded. There are many opportunities for trips - Rafina Port, Nea Makra port for taking ferry to close islands, 1 hour driving to Athens, Pireaus port, 1 hour drive to Athens International Airport.
Small grocery shop is close to villa. 5 - 10 minutes driving to the closest beach with taverns, sunbeds and umbrellas.
Pool is rather small, but sufficient for refreshing during the hot day or warm evening. It is not deep, so also fine for kids.
Definitely, the car is needed here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Christina was amazing she went above and beyond. She brought me a music speaker to use, she sent detailed instructions on the area, restaurant deliveries and pick ups. This place was beautiful. I was disappointed because I thought this unit had a hot tub but it didn’t. I came during a colder period of time. But she was nice about the mix up. I will say you need a car. Not a lot of taxis in the area but Christina set me up with a taxi driver named George he was so sweet too. He even bought me food one day. They are very hospitable and they get back to you immediately. If you’re looking for a place of serenity and quietness this is it. I will say bring an Apple TV or device to watch movies because or Netflix they have wifi but everything on tv was Greek. However when you’re at this place you’ll rarely want to watch tv.
