a	anastasios sa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα το ρολόι μου να το φτιάξω για ένα πρόβλημα που έχει και τελικά το μόνο πράγμα που έγινε ήταν να δώσω 15 ευρο για τα τέσσερα τεστ παρακαλώ που του έκαναν αλλά δεν βρήκαν σε κανένα απ αυτά απολύτως τίποτα. Αυτή τη στιγμή το ρολόι έχει ακριβώς το ίδιο πρόβλημα που είχε και πριν. Ειμαι σίγουρος οτι δεν το κοίταξαν καθόλου γιατί αν το κοίταζαν θα έβρισκαν και τι έχει μετά απο τρεις βδομάδες που το είχαν στη κατοχή τους και τα τέσσερα τεστ που του έκαναν. I went to my watch to fix it for a problem and in the end the only thing was to give 15 euro for the four tests please that they did but found nothing in any of them. Right now the watch has exactly the same problem it had before. I'm sure they didn't look at it at all because if they looked at it they'd find out what happened after three weeks of possessing it and the four tests they did.
G	Galaxy Gti9195 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν μπορούσα να μην έβαζα αστέρι θα το άφηνα στο μηδέν! Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση και αδικαιολόγητη καθυστέρηση για τις, αμφιβόλου ποιοτικού επιπέδου υπηρεσίες. Δεν θα το συνιστούσα σε κάποιον φίλο μου! If I could not put a star I would leave it at zero! Unacceptable service and unjustified delay for services of dubious quality. I would not recommend it to a friend of mine!
g	george ts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν μπορούσα να βάλω μηδέν αστέρια θα το έκανα. Άφησα το ρολόι μου sunto ambit 2 για service γιατί κρασαρε και δεν άνοιγε. Στην αρχή μου είπαν πως θέλει αλλαγή η μπαταρία. Μετά μου είπαν πως δεν φταίει η μπαταρία αλλά θέλει αλλαγή η οθόνη. Τελικά παρέλαβα το ρολόι μου μετά από 2μιση μήνες με βρώμικη νέα οθόνη από τη μέσα πλευρά. Επιεικως απαράδεκτοι. If I could put in zero stars I would. I left my sunto ambit 2 watch for service because it crashed and did not open. At first I was told that the battery needs to be replaced. Then they told me that the battery is not to blame but the screen needs to be changed. I finally received my watch after 2 and a half months with a dirty new screen on the inside. Forgivingly unacceptable.
M	Myron L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πηγα το Promaster μου για επισκευή (μετα από πτώση σταμάτησε) και με την ευκαιρία έγινε και συντήρηση. Η τιμή ηταν γύρω στο 1/5 της αξίας του ρολογιού ισως σε κάποιους φαίνονται πολλά επειδή είχαν συνηθίσει τον μάστορα της γειτονιάς που άλλαζε μπαταρίες με 1000 δραχμές, αλλά δε μπορει να λειτουργήσει με τέτοια τιμολόγια μια σύχρονη επιχείρηση. Αν θες να είσαι σίγουρος οτι το ρολόι σου θα λειτουργεί για πολλά χρόνια, θα είναι στεγανό κλπ κλπ, η συντήρηση είναι στο πρόγραμμα όπως σε όλα τα μηχανικά αντικείμενα. Απ'οτι είδα διορθωσαν κατα πολύ και την χρονομετρία - κάτι που είχα ξεχάσει να τους αναφέρω. Πριν έχανε περίπου ενα λεπτό την ημέρα και τωρα το βλεπω οτι μετά από 3 μέρες δεν έχει χάσει ούτε λεπτό. Προσωπικά είμαι ευχαριστημένος από το κατάστημα και την εξυπηρέτηση. I went to my Promaster for repair (after a fall it stopped) and by the way maintenance was done. The price was around 1/5 of the value of the watch, to some it may seem like a lot because they were used to the neighborhood carpenter who changed batteries with 1000 drachmas, but a modern company can not operate with such tariffs. If you want to be sure that your watch will work for many years, it will be watertight etc etc, maintenance is on schedule as in all mechanical items. From what I saw, they also corrected the timing a lot - something I had forgotten to mention to them. Before he lost about a minute a day and now I see that after 3 days he has not lost a single minute. Personally I am happy with the store and the service.

Κ	Κορίνα Καρδίτση on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά. Έχω πάει για service το ρολόι εδώ και δυο χρόνια και κάθε φορά λένε κάτι άλλο. Ακόμα ρολόι δεν έχω πάρει στα χέρια μου. Στην τελευταία γραπτή επικοινωνία ανέφεραν ότι το έστειλαν στη Γερμανία και μετά από ένα χρόνο διαπίστωσαν ότι τελικά το ρολόι δεν πήγε και περιμένουν ανταλλακτικό. Απορώ πως τέτοια καταστήματα παραμένουν ανοικτά. Unacceptable behavior. I have been servicing the watch for two years and every time they say something different. I still do not have a watch in my hands. In the last written communication they mentioned that they sent it to Germany and after a year they found out that finally the watch did not go and they are waiting for a spare part. I wonder how such stores remain open.
