Καλώ απαντά αυτοματοποιημένο σύστημα πως θα με καλέσουν δεν καλεί κάνεις. 2 φορές που μίλησα το προϊόν που είχα ήδη πληρώσει και ήταν διαθέσιμο... ήταν σε έλλειψη και θα ερχόταν τηεν άλλη βδομάδα ΚΑΙ τις2 φορές. Εντέλει ζήτησα επιστροφή χρημάτων αλλά θα επικοινωνήσουν μαζί μου από Δευτέρα. ΠΌΤΕ ΞΑΝΆ ΚΑΝΕΙΣ. Shame. I call, the automated system answers that they will call me, no one calls. 2 times I talked about the product I had already paid for and it was available ... it was in short supply and would come next week AND the 2 times. I finally asked for a refund but they will contact me from Monday. NEVER AGAIN.

Το παρελαβα σε σωστό χρόνο αλλά όταν το άνοιξα δεν ήταν αυτό που είχα παραγγείλει ...τους τηλεφώνησα λοιπόν και μου είπαν ότι αυτό που παρήγγειλα δεν υπήρχε και μου εστειλαν άλλο ότι εκείνοι ήθελαν ( χωρίς να προηγηθεί τηλέφωνο για να με ρωτήσουν αν συμφωνώ!!!!) Δεν με εξυπηρέτησαν ως προς την αλλαγή φυσικά...σε τηλεφώνημα μου για να πω το προβλημα η κοπέλα αν και στην αρχή ήταν ευγενική μετά μόλις ζήτησα να μου επιστραφούν τα χρήματα εγινε αγενής!! Μου είπε ότι δεν γίνεται ...αλλά να πάω εγώ σε κατάστημα να το αλλάξω... Έτσι λοιπόν κρατησα το προϊόν χωρίς να είναι αυτό που θέλω ... Ω τι εξυπηρέτηση!!!!!Επιεικως ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΗ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΊΑ !!!!! ΜΑΚΡΙΆ ΑΠ ΑΥΤΟΥΣ !!!!! I ordered electronically a popular stroller !!! I received it at the right time but when I opened it it was not what I had ordered ... so I called them and they told me that what I ordered did not exist and they sent me another that they wanted (without a phone call to ask me if I agree !! !!) Στη συνέχεια καλώ το κατάστημα για διαθεσιμότητα ενός συγκεκριμένου προϊόντος και έτσι ξεκίνησα το απόγευμα από Ελευσίνα για να το επισκεφτώ και να αγοράσω το προϊόν. Αυτό που συνάντησα στις 17:30 που έφτασα ήταν μια αποθήκη κλειστή. Ένας εργάτης κλαρκ σε διπλανή αποθήκη με ενημέρωσε πως το κατάστημα-αποθήκη κλείνει στις 17:00. Η λέξη απαράδεκτοι είναι λίγη. Το να έχουν λάθος ωράριο στην επίσημη ιστοσελίδα τους δείχνει έλλειψη σεβασμού προς τον πελάτη που μπορεί να έχει κάνει χιλιόμετρα για να τους επισκεφτεί. Τέλος πάντων βρήκα σε άλλον έμπορο το προϊόν που αναζητούσα. Κρίμα στη βενζίνη που εκαψα και στο χρόνο που έχασα. N	Nektaria Manola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ευγενική η κοπελα που εξυπηρετεί το σέρβις αλλά πρέπει να πας το αντικείμενο και να περιμένεις όρθιος 20 λεπτά με μισή ώρα να το πάρουν να το δουν. πάντως πάλι καλά που υπάρχει και το σέρβις ;) polite the girl who serves the service but you have to go the item and wait 20 minutes with half an hour to get to see it. anyway again good that there is service?)
S	Savvas Kleanthous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα δύο αντικείμενα. Το ένα χάλασε εντός μίας εβδομάδας, ενώ το δεύτερο αντικείμενο μου το στείλανε λάθος. Επικοινώνησα τηλεφωνικά ζητώντας να ανταλλάξουμε το λάθος προϊόν και να μου στείλουν αυτό που παρήγγειλα. Το δέχτηκαν, και ενώ μου έδωσαν το αντικείμενο που παρήγγειλα, ήταν και αυτό ελατωματικό. Γενικά δεν το συστήνω καθόλου για online παραγγελίες, ίσως από κοντά (έχοντας τη δυνατότηα να επιλέξεις)τα πράγματα είναι καλύτερα. I ordered two items. One broke within a week, while the second item was sent to me incorrectly. I contacted by phone asking to exchange the wrong product and have them send me what I ordered. They accepted it, and while they gave me the item I ordered, it was also defective. I generally do not recommend it at all for online orders, maybe up close (having the opportunity to choose) things are better.
H	Homer None on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα στο τελος καλοκαίρι του 2018 ανεμιστήρα.για τον 1 μήνα του καλοκαιριου 2018 δούλεψε άψογα. Περίπου 2 ώρες την ημέρα για 30 μερες. Το καλοκαίρι του 2019 δούλεψε ελάχιστες ώρες γιατί έλειπα από το σπιτι. Όταν πήγα να τον λειτουργήσω το καλοκαίρι του 2020 δεν έστρεφε το μοτερ. Δηλαδή είχε βγάλει περίπου 200 ώρες λειτουργίας το μοτέρ. Απαράδεκτος για την τιμή του. Έχω πάρει άλλες μάρκες ανεμιστήρες στην μισή τιμή από ότι αγόρασα τον συγκεκριμένο, για τα άλλα δωμάτια του σπιτιού και δουλεύουν χωρίς πρόβλημα εδώ και 10 χρόνια. Μόλις είχε λήξει η εγγύηση τον πάω στο σέρβις και μέσα σε μια εβδομάδα μου τον έφτιαξαν (περίπου). Με κόστος 5 ευρώ, πολύ καλή τιμή. Όμως όταν πήγα να τον λειτουργήσω έστρεφε το μοτερ αλλά δεν έστρεφε ο μηχανισμός που κινεί τον ανεμιστήρα αριστερά δεξιά. Αυτό δεν είχε πρόβλημα όταν τους το πήγα. Δούλευε αυτόνομα από το μοτέρ. Δεν ήταν εξαρτημένο. Εντάξει το αποδεκτηκα ότι θα είναι έτσι. Αν το ξανά πήγαινα στο σέρβις και το κρατούσαν άλλη μια εβδομάδα θα έφευγε το καλοκαίρι. Οπότε δούλεψε και το καλοκαίρι του 2020 τον τελευταίο μήνα για άλλες 150 ώρες, μέχρι τώρα έχουμε συνολικές ώρες λειτουργίας με σέρβις στο ενδιάμεσο περίπου 350... Και έρχεται το καλοκαίρι του 2021 δούλεψε για ενάμιση μήνα και σταμάτησε. Ας πούμε άλλες 200 ώρες και πολλές λέω. Άρα 350 συν 200 δούλεψε σε όλη του την ζωή 550 ώρες... Πολλές για ένα μοτέρ δεν θεωρούνται. Είναι απαράδεκτες. Και με σέρβις για το ίδιο πρόβλημα στο ενδιάμεσο. Πηγα στο σέρβις μήπως με πέντε άντε δέκα ευρώ το ξανά φτιάχναμε αλλά ήθελαν πολύ παραπανω. Δηλαδή με άλλα δέκα ευρώ περνεις καινούργιο. Και επαναλαμβάνω ότι σύγκρινα με άλλες μάρκες ανεμιστήρες που έχω στα άλλα δωμάτια και χωρίς σέρβις έχουν βγάλει εδώ και δέκα χρόνια κάτι χιλιάδες ώρες λειτουργίας τα μοτέρ τους.
