★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience at Selene tavern. The owners are nice and genuine and I would return there just to eat at their table.
If you travel in Zante, you must go their to eat their traditional food (fried eggplant, tzatziki, garlic bread,...)
At Selene tavern, I was not only about food, it was also really a human experience because the owner was so kind.
Highly recommend to eat there because you will never forget it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza is definitely not an Italian-style pizza but rather the American version of it (no mozzarella and the dough is completely different), but all in all the taste was fine and the personnel was really nice, they even opened their kitchen earlier for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best tavern in Zakinthos, the food is amazing and so are the owners. Their garlic bread is the best and the main dishes are all very tasty also the prices are lower then most of the other restaurants on the island. I suggest to everyone who goes by to stop there for lunch or dinner, we even went there even though we weren’t in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sweet place! Outside tables under a roof made by grapevine! Home made food and beverages (only pizza is not made there...but in any case I prefer not to eat pizza outside of Italy). Waitress speaks english fluently and even Italian and German not so bad.
There is even a beautiful Labrador mascotte!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic, romantic familydriven little restaurant directly at the street. We had breakfast here and it was delicious. The menue (for breakfast) is not really huge but ok. The local zakynthian dish with eggs, tomatosauce and zakynthian cheese was excellent. Recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Are here 4 or 5 times on our recent holiday. Aggriki was lovely helping me with my Greek. Maybe not a huge choice on menu but covered all we wanted and all really tasty. Definitely recommended
