Very good place for Turkish food. Chef Selim uses all of the Turkish smells and tastes to produce very good and authentic Anatolian dishes. The appetizers are scrumptuous and his meats are tender and exquisitely cooked. To top everything off, don't forget his kuneffe perfectly balanced in its sweetness. Not to be missed.

Very good food, big portions, reasonable prices! The menu offers plenty of options, we got the içli köfte and the kumpir as starters, the Alinazik and Iskender kebabs as main dishes. They were all delicious and very close to what we used to eat when I lived in İstanbul. The waiters are super polite and friendly, Selim also came to ask how we liked the food. They offered us baklava at the end, which was full of flavor, crispy and moist, just how it should be. We had a lovely night, I strongly recommend you give this restaurant a try.

I would give it 4 stars because the food was good but the service was so so. At a certain point all the waiters had disappeared. There was no one in sight. Also the beers we ordered were just above room temperature. Who wants to drink a warm beer? Guys It's no hard to stock up your refrigerator with drinks like atleast a few hours before you open.

Everything was great! Super tasty ,big portions, extremely polite personel. The owner (Selim) after finishing the preparation of the food visits every table asking if everything was OK. We really appreciated such gesture!

My new favorite restaurant for Anatolian/Middle Eastern cuisine. Located in Marousi, the restaurant occupies a small house with a wonderful garden. This is not visible when you first try to spot the place. From the street, you will see the sign Selim Bay and a long, beautiful corridor lined by trees that will lead you to Selim's front door. The restaurant has outdoor seating for the summer, semi outdoor area for colder times, and lastly, the indoor area with about 12 tables. The staff are very friendly, eager to please and knowledgeable in regards to the menu. The menu had so many options I would like to try that I ended up eating way more than I intended ? . We were a party of 4 and we ordered the following: To drink a glass of Ayran, Raki from Crete, Beer and water. Bread promptly served when seated. To start, we tried the Politiki Salad (very tasty), Lahmacun (delicious and a bit spicy), Pacanga (comes with a very nice sauce), Manti, Arnavut Cingeri (dont ask order it), Kuzu Tandir. For the main dish, we ordered the kebab platter for 4 or Kansik Izgara. Dessert, we had to try the Baklava and Kunefe. The food was an experience, amazing quality, and beautiful presentation. Portions were generous. I still wonder how we could stand up after such a large meal. The food was so good that the body did not want to register that it was full ?. For the meal , I described we paid aprox 35 euro per person. Note that this was an excessive order we made. We took a lot of food home. Lastly, we met the Chef Selim, who was a great guy, winner of the masterchef silver award. Do yourself a favour, call book a table and enjoy! ❤️ If i have not convinced you, take a look at the photos below ?

Tasty dishes in general. Highlights: pasturmadopita was heavenly and the lamb with puree was excellent. The yard was also very nice. However as a weak point, all kebabs (we tried 3 different recipes) were served completely cold, stale and overcooked. Shame, for having so many kebab items on the menu we'd expect more care into them. Try the other items!
