k	konstantina _marios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε βολικό σημείο ,με πάρα πολύ βολικό ωράριο καθώς μένει ανοιχτό μέχρι αργά το βράδυ.Εχει καλές προσφορές ,ευγενικό προσωπικό και τηρούνται όλα τα μέτρα .Την προηγούμενη φορά που πήγα η κοπέλα καθάριζε με χλωρίνη το πάτωμα πράγμα που τους δίνει ένα επιπλέον συν. Σ	Σπύρος Ζαμπαλάς on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα αγορά με ταμπελάκι προσφοράς , πήγα στο ταμείο πλήρωσα και διαπίστωσα όταν πήγα σπίτι ότι το προϊόν είχε χρεωθεί στην αρχική τιμή. Πήρα να ζητήσω τον λόγο διαφοράς τιμής και μου είπαν ότι ήταν Σάββατο και βγάζαν τις προσφορές και έπρεπε να παρατηρήσω στα μικρά γράμματα ότι η προσφορά ξεκινάει 2 μέρες μετά την αγορά. Μου είπαν να πάω να κάνω την αλλαγή , δεν μου είπαν να παω την ίδια ημέρα και όταν πήγα 2 μέρες μετά να κάνω την αλλαγή όταν ξεκίναγε η προσφορά μου είπαν δεν μπορούν να μου κάνουν την αλλαγή με τη διαφορά να πάρω κάτι άλλο αλλά να χάσω τα χρήματα που είναι η προσφορά. Αυτό έγινε σε 2 ηδη που αν δεν τα έβλεπα σε προσφορά δεν θα τα έπαιρνα και προφανώς δεν θα μου λείψει η διαφορά που είναι 5€. Παρόλα αυτά η εξυπηρέτηση είναι αυτή που με απογοητεύεσαι και για το λογο αυτό σταματώ να στηρίζω το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και αλυσίδα ενώ ήμουν καθημερινός πελάτης . I made a purchase with an offer label, went to the checkout, paid and found when I went home that the product was charged at the original price. I got to ask the reason for the price difference and they told me that it was Saturday and they were taking out the offers and I had to notice in small letters that the offer starts 2 days after the purchase. I was told to go make the change, I was not told to go the same day and when I went 2 days later to make the change when the offer started I was told they could not make the change with the difference of getting something else but losing the money that is the offer. This happened in 2 days that if I did not see them in the offer I would not get them and obviously I will not miss the difference which is 5 €. Nevertheless, the service is what disappoints me and for this reason I stop supporting the specific store and chain while I was a daily customer.
