E	Elle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει!Στα μειον είναι ο κύριος που είναι security,κοιτάει όλους τους πελατες σαν υποπτους για κλοπή.Κανε την δουλειά σου αλλά μην κάνεις τους πελάτες να αισθάνονται άσχημα με τον τρόπο που τους κοιτας και τους ακολουθείς κατά πόδας. Very polite staff and always willing to serve! At the minus is the gentleman who is security, looks at all customers as suspects for theft. Do your job but do not make customers feel bad the way you look at them and follow them on foot .

N	Nikoleta FNT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αίσχος από τις 6/10/2020 έχω προβεί σε παραγγελία μέσω του site τους έχουν δεσμεύσει τα χρήματα μου ήρθε ειδοποίηση ότι δεν ισχύει η καμπάνια τους. Τα χρήματα μου Είναι δεσμευμένα έχω τηλεφωνήσει 3 φορές όλο θα προωθήσουν το αίτημα μου στο λογιστήριο δεν υπάρχει ή παραγγελία μου έτσι μου λένε και θα προσπαθήσουν να βρουν κάποιον να επικοινωνήσω μαζί μου. Ντροπή τόσο μεγάλη αλυσίδα. Shame since 6/10/2020 I have placed an order through their site, they have blocked my money, I was notified that their campaign is not valid. My money is blocked I have called 3 times everything will forward my request to the accounting office does not exist or my order so they tell me and will try to find someone to contact me. Shame on such a big chain.

Οσο για το προσωπικο, 3 ατομα, μία στο ταμειο, μία να εξυπηρετεί και η τρίτη αν δε ζήταγα βοηθεια ουτε για ασχολιοταν. Ρωτησε βεβαια αν αυτο που εψαχνα το ειχαν σε αλλο καταστημα. Ηταν μία περιεργη εμπείρια. Unfortunately they do not have all the products and I went to the store considering that it is a reliable company. As for the staff, 3 people, one at the cash register, one to serve and the third if I did not ask for help or to care. Of course he asked if they had what I was looking for in another store. It was a strange experience.

S	Shameema Essack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled to Europe 3wks ago and ended up at the Sephora golden hall mall in Greece , wanting to purchase some make up. It was the worst experience I ever encountered. The staff were rude, racists and disrespectful esp staff member MARIA who sent the security guard to stand next me the whole time after he was done spraying himself full of the cologne in the store. She was so rude to me and when in asked to see her name badge to lay a complaint she physically pushed me aside. Being a tourist and foreigner( a South Africa muslim Indian) jst BTW, in the store I expected the best customer service which Sephora normally serves all customers, BUT I will recommend the golden hall store.
