Για να γίνω σαφής ήθελα ένα make up μιας εταιρείας που φέρνουν ΑΠΟΚΛΕΙΣΤΙΚΑ κ μόνο τα καταστήματα sephora. Χωρίς να έχουν τα προϊόντα στο κατάστημα ή έστω δείγματα για να βρω τη σωστή αποχρωση πώς θα ξέρω τι θα παραγγείλω μέσω ίντερνετ; (οπου όπως μου είπαν είναι διαθέσιμα τα προϊόντα). Αγαπάω το ίντερνετ shopping, αλλά για κάποια προϊόντα χρειάζεται η φυσική παρουσία. Το make up είναι ένα από αυτά. Μεγάλο φάουλ για μία μεγάλη εταιρία να μην έχει προνοησει τα αυτονόητα....
 Bad experience not finding in the physical store basic products that are difficult to buy online. To be clear I wanted a make up of a company that brings EXCLUSIVELY and only sephora stores. Without having the products in the store or even samples to find the right shade how will I know what I will order online? (where as I was told the products are available). I love internet shopping, but some products require physical presence. Make up is one of them. A big foul for a big company that has not provided the obvious ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this shop today to stock up on my make up. The shop was empty, but the shop assistant who served me was hostile and unnecessarily rude to me . I knew exactly what I wanted so it wasn’t like I needed much help but this shop assistant appeared to be annoyed just because I had entered the shop. Very shocking behaviour. I love Sephora but I absolutely will not be returning to this particular shop. It cost nothing to be welcoming and respectful to your customers, it’s really just basic etiquette when you work in retail. Your customers are not your enemies and you really shouldn’t treat them as if they were. Below is my receipt showing the date and time of my purchase. Also included is a picture of what I bought. Would have bought more but was put off by the sales assistant. A real shame . Maybe management will use this opportunity to do some basic customers service training .
