Worse ... Never prefer it, our furniture came from Stuttgart wet and damaged and obviously we have not received compensation for half a year.

Τους πληρώσαμε το ποσό των 30 Ευρώ, χωρίς φυσικά να μας δώσουν απόδειξη και η βαλίτσα δεν παραδόθηκε ποτέ στον παραλήπτη. Αντιθέτως ο παραλήπτης επικοινώνησε μαζί τους μια μέρα πριν την παράδοση, όταν ο οδηγός ήταν στα σύνορα. Παρόλο που ο παραλήπτης περίμενε τηλέφωνο την επόμενη μέρα, δεν επικοινώνησε κανένας μαζί του. Η βαλίτσα εν τέλει κατέληξε στην Γερμανία και αποφάσισε ο παράληπτης να την στείλει πίσω, μιας και η εταιρεία δεν ήταν καθόλου εξυπηρετική. Η βαλίτσα επέστρεψε στην Ελλάδα μετά από 4 βδομάδες, μετά από δεκάδες τηλέφωνα στα οποία η εταιρεία δεν μας έδινε ποτέ ξεκάθαρη απάντηση για το που βρίσκεται η βαλίτσα και πότε θα επιστρέψει Δράμα. Ο αντιεπαγγελματισμός του κορυφώθηκε όταν μας δήλωσαν ότι έκαναν την δουλειά τους σωστά και δεν επιστρέφουν το ποσό της χρέωσης. The company took over the delivery of the suitcase in Switzerland. We paid them the amount of 30 Euros, without of course giving us a receipt and the suitcase was never delivered to the recipient. Instead, the recipient contacted them the day before the delivery, when the driver was at the border. Although the recipient was waiting for a phone call the next day, no one contacted him. The suitcase eventually ended up in Germany and the recipient decided to send it back, as the company was not helpful at all. The suitcase returned to Greece after 4 weeks, after dozens of phone calls in which the company never gave us a clear answer about where the suitcase is and when it will return to Drama. His unprofessionalism peaked when we were told they were doing their job properly and not returning the amount of the charge.

Ανέλαβαν να μου μεταφέρουν ένα δέμα στο εξωτερικό και δεν με πήραν ούτε ένα τηλέφωνο για συνάντηση. Αφού είδα ότι δεν με καλούν τους πήρα εγώ και μου είπε ο οδηγός ότι δεν μπορεί να μου φέρει το δέμα και ότι είχε συνεχίσει τη διαδρομή του. Μετά από 1 μήνα επέστρεψαν τη βαλίτσα από όπου την πήραν ( δεν μου την παρέδωσαν δηλαδή ποτέ στο εξωτερικό) και αρνήθηκαν να επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα. Το δέμα ήταν προηγουμένως σε αποθήκη στην Στουτγκάρδη και πήρα τηλέφωνο να τους πω ότι σε περίπτωση που είναι ακόμα εκεί, έχω άτομο να την παραλάβει αλλά μου είπαν ότι το φορτηγό έχει ήδη ξεκινήσει... παρ'όλο που κατάλαβαν αργότερα ό,τι δεν ήταν μέσα... Να σημειωθεί ότι μου έλεγαν να τους παίρνω σχεδόν κάθε μέρα τηλέφωνο για να δούνε που ακριβώς βρίσκεται, γιατί δεν ήξεραν και μια από αυτές τις φορές η υπάλληλος μόνο που δε με έβρισε. DO NOT TRUST THEM !!! All they care about is to get the money from service 0 !!! They undertook to transport me a parcel abroad and did not take me even a phone call for an appointment. After I saw that they were not calling me, I took them and the driver told me that he could not bring me the parcel and that he had continued on his way. After 1 month, they returned the suitcase from where they took it (that is, they did not hand it over to me never abroad) and refused to return the money. The parcel was previously in a warehouse in Stuttgart and I got a call to tell them that if it is still there, I have someone to pick it up but they told me that the truck has already started ... although they later realized what it was not in ... It should be noted that I was told to call them almost every day to see exactly where he was, because they did not know and one of these times the employee only did not insult me.

a	athanasios pistolas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν εχω λογια να περιγραψω ποσο αναξιοπιστος ψευτης και ερασιτεχνης ειναι. Ανελαβε να μου μεταφερει την μηχανη μου απο Στουτγκαρδη στη δραμα με υποσχεση παραλαβης την μεθεπόμενη εβδομαδα και την ειχε επι ενα μηνα στην αποθήκη χωρις να την φόρτωσει και ελεγε ψεματα οτι ειναι στον δρομο στην αθηνα στο καραβι και στην πραγματικότητα δεν την ειχε καν φορτωσει. Και ολο ερχεται και απο τριτη πεμπτη και απο πεμτη σαββατο. Πολυ ψευτης ο τυπος. Απο εμενα δεν παιρνει ξα α ουτε γράμμα να μεταφερει και θα τον δυσφήμηζω σε οποιον γνωριζω. Σας συνηστω λοιπον μεταφορικη για αποφυγή. ΑΝΑΞΙΟΠΙΣΤΟΣ. Στο τελος δεν σηκωνε καν το τηλέφωνο ???? I have no words to describe how unreliable a liar and amateur he is.
