Ευχαριστούμε πολύ! My mother is 92 years of age with dementia and I suffer from Multiple Sclerosis with 95% Disability ... the humanity and understanding shown by Seretis service to a person living only with EFCAL's disability pension and immediate response so that we do not stay without our only companionship, our television, was incredible to the present day, where there is total indifference to people less able and helpless. Σ	Σεραφείμ Ζίου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα ένα Μόνιτορ apple για έλεγχο, όταν παρέλαβε ο τεχνικός το προϊόν μου ζήτησε 4 μέρες εργάσιμες για να μου απαντήσει σχετικά με το πρόβλημα και εάν αυτό φτιαχνόταν. Δεν έλαβα καμία ειδοποίηση και μετά από 10 μέρες σε σύνολο, πήγα ο ίδιος, ο τεχνικός έλειπε και μου απάντησε μία κυρία πως θα έχει ελέγξει ο τεχνικός το πρόβλημα και περιμένει από την apple για διαθεσιμότητα σχετικά με ένα ανταλλακτικό. Εώς εδώ όλα καλά, και σημείωση πως αναφέροντας την ιδιαίτερη εποχή κορονοϊου έδειξα κατανόηση διότι είναι λογικά αυτά που συμβαίνουν τόσο καιρό. Μετά από 7 εβδομάδες, και ενώ και τις υπόλοιπες 2 φορές που πήγα στο κατάστημα είχα την ίδια απάντηση από την κυρία,(λόγω απουσίας του τεχνικού) πήγα σήμερα για να λάβω την εξής απάντηση από τον τεχνικό: '' Δεν την κοίταξα καθόλου γιατί είδα ότι έχει μπέρδεμα με το να την λύσεις και να την δέσεις'' άρα τα περί ανταλλακτικού και αναμονής να είχαμε να λέγαμε. Σε προσωπικό επίπεδο έμεινα πολύ δυσαρεστημένος από την αντιμετώπιση. I went to an Apple Monitor for inspection, when the technician received the product he asked me for 4 working days to answer me about the problem and if it was fixed. I did not receive any notification and after 10 days in total, I went myself, the technician was missing and a lady replied that the technician would have checked the problem and is waiting for apple for availability regarding a spare part. So far so good, and note that referring to the particular coronavirus season I showed understanding because it is logical what happens for so long. After 7 weeks, and while the other 2 times I went to the store I had the same answer from the lady (due to the absence of the technician) I went today to receive the following answer from the technician: "I did not look at her at all because I saw that she is confused with untying her and tying her up" so we had to talk about spare parts and waiting. On a personal level I was very unhappy with the treatment.
