I preferred them some time ago for a trip to Europe. Although helpful, they did not give me the appropriate information about my destination, as a result of which I suffered a relative financial loss. I probably wouldn't go again.

Με απίστευτη οργάνωση πολύ καλά ξενοδοχεία και συνέπεια στους χρόνους συνάντησης με τους τοπικούς ξεναγόυσ. I did my own organized in Cambodia Bangkok Phuket and it was all perfect ... With incredible organization of very good hotels and consistency in meeting times with local guides.

Δυο μικροπροβλήματα που δημιουργήθηκαν στο ταξίδι μας λύθηκαν αμέσως έπειτα από επικοινωνία και παρέμβαση του ίδιου του κυρίου Σερέτη! Ευχαριστούμε! Excellent organization and collaboration with Panagiota on our trip to Singapore-Puket-Bangkok. All the necessary papers are neat and tidy in a folder. Two minor problems created in our journey were immediately resolved after communication and intervention by Mr. Seretis himself! Thanks!

I have never been to Greece and everything was foreign to me, and I was traveling alone! Antonis and his staffs from Seretis travel had helped me all the way to make my dream comes true. After several days of research on internet, I found a particular tour that Seretis Travel offered. I was very interested in it so I contacted them via their website. From the very beginning to the very end, they were very attentive, and always made certain that I was not in a fog(uncertainty)! They always responded in a timely manner, or if they need a several days before they could get back to me, they made sure that I knew about it. They had made all the travel arrangements- Everything from airport/hotel pick ups, five star hotel reservations, local tours and transportations. I didn’t have to worry about anything during the tour. The only thing that I needed to worry was how to pack light! I truly appreciate for their superior customer service and highly recommend to contact them if you are thinking about going to Greece!

I was dealing with Sadi Kumtas (SeretisTravel consultant) who was extremely helpful, responsive, and made sure he provided us with the best hotels and tours at the most cost-efficient price. Seretis Travel own the website Greecetours.com of which we went with the 8-day Athens, Mykonos, & Santorini Tour Package. What we found most impressive with Seretis was the convenience of the trip, from being privately transferred from the airport to our hotel, being picked up in a timely manner for our Day tours and just the overall professionalism of their associates/colleagues in Greece. Hands down the best trip my wife and I have been on to-date!!
