★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ωραίο το φαγητό αλλά η εξυπηρέτηση απραδεχτη.Σου λένε χρόνο αναμονής 1 ώρα και στο τέλος έρχεται περίπου σε 2 ώρες.Το μαγαζί θα ήταν καλό αν είχε δύο παραπάνω ντελιβεραδες για πιο γρήγορη παράδοση
 The food is nice but the service is unacceptable. They tell you a waiting time of 1 hour and in the end it comes in about 2 hours. The store would be good if it had two more deliveries for faster delivery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν παραγγέλνω πια. Είναι αδιανόητο κάθε φορά που επιθυμώ να παραγγείλω (ένα σάντουιτς /τοστ) να μου λέει ότι ο ελάχιστος χρόνος αναμονής είναι 50 λεπτά. Κατανοώ ότι ενδεχομένως να έχουν αρκετή δουλειά και να μην προλαβαίνει ο διανομέας να παραδόσει ένα ΤΟΣΤ σε 3χμ από το κατάστημα σε λιγότερο από μια ώρα. Παρόλα αυτά, μια ώρα δεν είναι χρόνος αναμονής για το οτιδήποτε, πόσο μάλλον για κάτι απλό και γρήγορο. Είτε πρέπει να προσλάβουν προσωπικό, είτε να περιμένουν μέχρι να χάσουν όλο το μερίδιο αγοράς,που ανταποκρίνεται στην διανομή του φαγητού, σταδιακά.
I do not order anymore. It is unthinkable every time I want to order (a sandwich / toast) to tell me that the minimum waiting time is 50 minutes. I understand that they may have enough work and the distributor will not be able to deliver a toast 3km from the store in less than an hour. However, one hour is not a waiting time for anything, let alone for something simple and fast. Either they have to hire staff, or they wait until they lose all the market share that corresponds to the distribution of food, gradually.

Its products are of excellent quality, all the years I have been shopping, its flavors are unique and it is as if this is from Serraikon. Every time I pass by Lamia I now shop from there and I happened to ask for delivery today. The girl was very kind on the phone and the order took 40 minutes
