Πριν 15 ημέρες τους ζήτησα για να κρατήσουν 3 κονσόλες για να πάνε 5 παιδάκια για να παίξουνε η απάντησή τους ήταν ότι δεν κάνουν κράτηση στις κονσόλες και θα μπορούσα αν ήθελα να πάω από εκεί στις 11 που ανοίγουν και να βάλουν τα παιδιά να παίξουν. Σήμερα που πήγα να ρωτήσω την ώρα που ανοίγουν για να πάνε τα παιδιά μου απάντησαν ότι οι κονσόλες είναι κρατημένες για άλλους . Στην ερώτηση γιατί τότε δεν κάνανε κράτηση σε εμένα που πήγα πριν 15 ημέρες δεν είχαν να δώσουν σαφείς απάντηση γιατί είναι ψεύτες και μικροί στην επαγγελματικη συμπεριφορά. They are unacceptable. 15 days ago I asked them to keep 3 consoles to go 5 kids to play their answer was that they do not book the consoles and I could if I wanted to go from there at 11 that open and put the kids to play. Today when I went to ask when they open to go my children answered that the consoles are reserved for others. Έχει κάποια σνακ και κάποια αναψυκτικά και αυτό βοηθάει όσους θέλουν να πάρουν κάτι να φάνε ή να πιούνε από εκεί. Έχει και κάποια δωράκια όπως και κάποια επιτραπέζια. Είναι καλό μαγαζί, αν και θα ήθελα να έχει περισσότερη ποικιλία στις ταινίες. Nice place where you can do other things besides buying or renting movies. The staff is very kind and helpful. It has some snacks and some soft drinks and this helps those who want to get something to eat or drink from there. It also has some gifts as well as some tableware. It's a good store, although I would like it to have more variety in the movies.

Ηταν ενα μικρο παληκαρι και μια κοπελα…ειναι καινούργιοι, διοτι ειμαι πελάτισσα το τελευταιο διάστημα και δεν τους ειχα ξαναδεί! Τους ρωτήσαμε οτι ποτε πρεπει να το γυρισουμε το παιχνιδι και ποσο κοστιζει; Και μας ειπε η κοπελα το σαββατο θα το γυρίσετε και θα πληρωσετε 5,90€ Πηγαινουμε σημερα, πριν λιγη ωρα να το παραδώσουμε και μας λεει 7,20 Λεμε γιατι; Και μας λεει με ενα υφάκι…γιατι το κρατήσατε παραπανω μερες Λεμε, αφου μας είπατε το σαββατο οτι πρεπει να το φέρουμε! Και λεει παλι αυτη με υφάκι…δεν ξερω ποιος σας το ειπε αυτο Εν τω μεταξυ ηταν αυτη και το παληκαρι εκεινη την μερα Για το παλικαράκι δεν μπορω να πω κακη κουβεντα γτ δεν μας ειπε κατι!
