★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τηλεφώνησα, η κυρία που απάντησε (δυστυχώς δε μου ειπε το όνομα της) ήταν αγενεστατη, ειρωνική και μου έκλεισε το τηλέφωνο στα μούτρα. Οριακά δε με έβρισε.
I called, the lady who answered (unfortunately she did not tell me her name) was very rude, ironic and hung up the phone in my face. He did not insult me marginally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έρχεται η παραγγελία μου και με ενημερώνει ο οδηγός ότι πρέπει να κατέβω για να παραλάβω. Του λέω έχω μωρό γίνεται να ανεβαίνετε; Η απάντηση ήταν εγώ δεν ανεβαίνω. Παίρνω τηλέφωνο στην εταιρεία να ρωτήσω γιατί οι υπάλληλοι δεν ανεβαίνουν ενώ έχω ενημερώσει ότι έχω μικρά παιδιά και είμαι μόνη μου εκείνη την ώρα στο σπίτι και η απάντηση ενός "ευγενεστατου κυρίου" ήταν ότι αυτό είναι δικό μου πρόβλημα και να μην ξαναπαραγγειλω γιατί ο οδηγός έχει να παραδώσει 40 και 50 παραγγελίες. Όταν δεν υπάρχει σεβασμός στα βασικά και στοιχειώδη μην απορούμε γιατί έχουμε αποτύχει σαν κοινωνία.........
My order arrives and the driver informs me that I have to go down to pick it up. I tell him I have a baby can you go up? The answer was I do not go up. I call the company to ask why the employees do not go up while I have informed that I have small children and I am alone at home at that time and the answer of a "gentleman" was that this is my problem and not to order again because the driver has to deliver 40 and 50 orders. When there is no respect for the basics and the basics do not wonder why we have failed as a society .........

They kinda act as if I was supposed to know their operation,that led to 1 working day wasted from my side.
they told me “the shipment will depart tomorrow”
It’s 3 hrs drive away,So I arranged everything to expect it.
Never arrived that day,after my call they said,yes it departed but it arrives in 2 days.......so frustrated..
