★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε αντίθεση με την αντιπροσωπεία Toyota, οι τεχνικοί εδώ μέχρι τώρα βρίσκανε τα προβλήματα. Πάντα προτείνουν αντικατάσταση αν είναι μέσα στην εγγύηση, ακόμα και αν το ανταλλακτικό πρέπει να έρθει από εξωτερικό(για το xtrail όλα τα ανταλλακτικά συνήθως είναι με παραγγελία από εξωτερικό). Παρόλα αυτά δεν χρειάστηκε, γιατί ο τεχνικός με το ψάξιμο αν και έβρισκε τη αιτία, μέχρι να έρθει το ανταλλακτικό, η βλάβη διορθωνοταν από μόνη της(το πείραγμα ήταν αρκετό).
Το μόνο κακό είναι η μεγάλη ουρά αναμονής για να κλείσεις ραντεβού, σε βάζουν και 2 εβδομάδες μετά, αυτό δεν βολεύει καθόλου όταν δεν έχεις σταθερό ωράριο.
 Unlike the Toyota dealership, technicians have so far found problems. They always suggest replacement if they are within warranty, even if the spare must come from outside (for xtrail all spare parts are usually externally ordered). However, it was not necessary, because the technician while searching for the cause, until the replacement came, the damage was corrected on its own (the experiment was enough).
The only bad thing is the long queue to make an appointment, they put you in and 2 weeks later, it doesn't work at all when you don't have a fixed time.
