Γιατί η πρόσβαση στη σπάνια γνώση και σοφία της, η επαφή μαζί της, έστω και μέσα από την οθόνη του υπολογιστή, σε βοηθάει να βρίσκεις στηρίγματα αλλά και να διατηρείς τα ενδιαφέροντα που είχες, πριν αυτήν την νέα νόσο ... Γιόγκα, διαλογισμό, χοροθεραπεία, satsang, Μπάρατα Νάτυαμ : τα κάνω ανελλιπώς, συνδεόμενος στο διαδίκτυο στη γνωστή ώρα (στις 7 το απόγευμα), με την ίδια δίψα όπως και πριν... Λήδα σ ευχαριστώ! Very beautiful space enriched with wonderful works of art, rooms that are really suitable for the lessons that are done, exudes warmth, friendliness, spirituality, balance, authenticity. Leda is a wonderful person and a real teacher. A spiritual oasis in the suburbs of Athens. I feel grateful and happy that Shantom exists.

Ένα παράθυρο στην πνευματικότητα που βοήθησε να σπάσει την μονοτονία και να φέρει ανάταση φυσική, ενεργειακή, ψυχολογική κι νοητική. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα να παρακολουθήσετε αυτές της συνεδρίες. Ευχαριστώ πολύ τη Λήδα για την προσφορά της. The seminars I watched live online were an oasis in the crown age. A window into spirituality that helped break the monotony and bring about physical, energetic, psychological and mental upliftment. I highly recommend attending these sessions. Η σαφήνεια των οδηγιών της, η προσεκτική παρακολούθησή τους από την πλευρά των μαθητών και εν γένει η λεκτική κυρίως επικοινωνία, συντελούν ώστε η έλλειψη σωματικής εγγύτητας να μην αποτελεί εμπόδιο και αποδεικνύεται ότι η σχέση δασκάλου μαθητή, όντας πρωτίστως πνευματική, όσο κι αν ευεργετείται από τη φυσική παρουσία, λειτουργεί αποτελεσματικά και όταν η φυσική παρουσία δεν είναι δυνατή. Kι αν για αρκετούς από εμάς, τα e-μαθήματα είναι ένας τρόπος να επεκτείνουμε τη μαθητεία μας εκεί όπου διαφορετικά δεν θα είχαμε τη δυνατότητα να προβούμε, λόγω απόστασης ή άλλων περιορισμών, μήπως να εξεταζόταν το ενδεχόμενο αυτά να συνεχιστούν (ίσως πιο αραιά) και μετά την άρση των μέτρων; Μήπως τα e-μαθήματα είναι ένα παράθυρο στο σπίτι του Shantom που αξίζει να μείνει ανοιχτό; e-lessons with Leda: A new beginning, a new experience. An undertaking in the midst of fears and suspensions, a determination to continue and enrich human contact, learning, exercise, life. Where an unprecedented framework of "quiet", gives us the necessary space and time, between lessons, for more complete assimilation and fruitfulness of what we hire during them, maximizing the benefit. Through an internet platform that is easy to use and functional, Leda is constantly with us, present with all her being and energy. The clarity of its instructions, their careful monitoring by the students and in general the verbal communication, contribute to the lack of physical proximity is not an obstacle and it proves that the teacher-student relationship, being primarily spiritual, no matter how much it benefits from physical presence, works effectively even when physical presence is not possible. And if for many of us, e-learning is a way to extend our apprenticeship where we would not otherwise be able to move forward, due to distance or other constraints, perhaps considering continuing (perhaps less frequently) and after the lifting of the measures? Στη σωματική ευξία έρχονται να προστεθούν όχι μόνο η χαρά να βλέπω και να επικοινωνώ με πρόσωπα γνωστά και αγαπητά από το Shantom αλλά και η "τροφή για σκέψη" μέσα από τα φιλοσοφικά μαθήματα καθώς και η ηρεμία του νου μέσα από το διαλογισμό. Είναι μιά διαδικασία που με βοηθά αφάνταστα να βλέπω τη ζωή θετικά, να είμαι χαρούμενη και να συνεχίζω την πνευματική μου εξέλιξη παρά τις αντιξοότητες της καθημερινότητας. Ενα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ από καρδιάς στην αγαπημένη Λήδα. I never imagined that on-line yoga, meditation and philosophy lessons with Leda would be a spiritual & physical oasis these days of "We Stay Home". To physical well-being come not only the joy of seeing and communicating with people known and loved by Shantom but also the "food for thought" through philosophical lessons as well as the calmness of the mind through meditation. It is a process that helps me unimaginably to see life positively, to be happy and to continue my spiritual development despite the adversities of everyday life. Η άσκηση της γιόγκα και του διαλογισμού, η επαφή και η σχέση με μία αληθινή δασκάλα που υπηρετεί με αγάπη και αφοσίωση αυτό που κάνει, η επικοινωνία με άλλους μαθητές και αναζητητές αλλά και ο ίδιος ο χώρος της σχολής που αποπνέει πνευματικότητα και εμπιστοσύνη, συνθέτουν ένα περιβάλλον που αν κανείς βρεθεί και αφιερωθεί στην πρακτική και τη μελέτη, θα δει τη ζωή του να αλλάζει προς το καλύτερο και νέες δυνατότητες να του ανοίγονται μπροστά. Προσωπικά μιλώντας, η επίδραση της Λήδας και του Shantom γενικότερα ως φορέων γνώσης και πολιτισμού ήταν καταλυτική στη ζωή μου. Πάντα θα ευγνωμονώ την τύχη και τις συγκυρίες που με οδήγησαν ως εκεί. Χαίρομαι δε ιδιαίτερα που αυτή τη δύσκολη για όλους εποχή, δίνεται η δυνατότητα να συνεχίζουμε τα μαθήματα διαδικτυακά με την ίδια φροντίδα και προσοχή όπως και πριν, μαθαίνοντας ταυτόχρονα να δημιουργούμε οι ίδιοι κατάλληλες συνθήκες άσκησης και μέσα στον προσωπικό μας χώρο. My experience from my years at Shantom as a student can not fit into these lines. The practice of yoga and meditation, the contact and relationship with a true teacher who serves with love and devotion what he does, the communication with other students and seekers but also the school space itself that exudes spirituality and trust, compose a an environment that if one finds and dedicates oneself to practice and study, one will see one's life change for the better and new possibilities open up before one. Personally speaking, the influence of Leda and Shantom in general as agents of knowledge and culture was a catalyst in my life. I will always be grateful for the luck and the circumstances that led me there. I am very glad that in this difficult time for everyone, we are given the opportunity to continue the lessons online with the same care and attention as before, while learning to create suitable training conditions for ourselves in our personal space.
