★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση από το παιδί του απογευματινού ωραρίου. Όσες φορές πηγαίνω μου καθαρίζει το παρμπρίζ του αυτοκινήτου μου χωρίς να του πω τίποτα. Είναι πολύ ευγενέστατο απέναντι στους πελάτες και μπράβο του. Τέτοια συμπεριφορά έπρεπε να είχαν οι υπάλληλοι σε όλα τα πρατήρια SHELL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κλείνει ότι ώρα να ναι και δεν τοποθετεί και κάποια σήμανση ότι το κατάστημα είναι κλειστό . όταν δε είναι ανοιχτό σταματάς και περιμένεις ποτέ αυτός θα κλείσει το τηλέφωνο να έρθει να σε εξυπηρετήσει, πάει με το πάσο του λες και είναι του μπαμπά του η Shell.τελείως απογοητευμένος με το εν λόγω κατάστημα, καμία σχέση με τα υπόλοιπα Shell.
