★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Και το ένα αστέρι πολύ τους είναι. Η δική μου εμπειρία νομίζω ότι θα εκπλήξει πολλούς. Είμαι διαχειριστής πολυκατοικίας. Παρασκευή επικοινώνησα και έδωσα παραγγελία για πετρέλαιο θέρμανσης με τιμή ημέρας. Η παραγγελία καταχωρήθηκε αλλά δεν μπορούσε να γίνει αυθημερόν. Μου είπαν για Δευτέρα, όπως και έγινε. Άγγλοι στο ραντεβού. ΜΟΝΟ αυτό. Από τα 300 λίτρα που είχαν παραγγελθεί μας έφεραν 200 με τιμή φυσικά όχι κατά την ημέρα της παραγγελίας αλλά με την τρέχουσα τιμή. Αν μη τι άλλο ας είχαν ενημερώσει εξ αρχής πως πριν την παράδοση και επειδή οι τιμές είναι αυξητικές, ιδιαίτερα, την περίοδο αυτή θα υπήρχε μια τελική συννενόηση πριν την παράδοση. Συμπεριφορά της υπαλλήλου περιφρονητική, απαράδεκτη, αντιεπαγγελματικη. Φυσικά και ενημερώθηκε άμεσα τόσο ο Σύνδεσμος πρατηριουχων όσο και η Προστασία του καταναλωτή. Το λόγο έχει πλέον η Δικαιοσύνη.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά, όταν πήγα το αυτοκίνητο για πλύσιμο (εξωτερικό) και αποφάσισαν (χωρίς φυσικά να ενημερωθώ) να δώσουν προτεραιότητα στον κύριο που είχε το επόμενο ραντεβού από μένα, με αποτέλεσμα να παραλάβω το αυτοκίνητό μου πλυμένο μετά από 65 λεπτά (ενώ υποτίθεται ότι θα διαρκούσε 10-15λεπτά). Κρίμα, γιατί, λόγω των μεγάλων αποστάσεων που κάνω καθημερινά, ήμουν και πολύ συχνή πελάτισσα και για βενζίνη
