Η εξυπηρέτηση στις αντλίες και στο ταμείο κρίνεται ικανοποιητική.
Σε περίπτωση που θες καθαρισμό στα τζάμια ή έλεγχο αέρα στα λάστιχα η κατάσταση είναι απαράδεκτη, καθόσον πρέπει να τα κάνεις όλα μόνος σου. Καμία βοήθεια από το προσωπικό. Θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει υπάλληλος επιφορτισμένος να συνδράμει τους πελάτες. Κρίμα γιατί είναι εταιρικό πρατήριο της SHELL και καλό είναι να προσφέρει στους πελάτες έστω αυτή την εξυπηρέτηση, που είναι μικρή σε αντιδιαστολή με τα μεγάλα κέρδη που αποκομίζει.
It is a corporate gas station with consistent good quality gasoline.
The service at the pumps and at the cash register is considered satisfactory.
In case you want cleaning the windows or checking the air in the tires, the situation is unacceptable, as you have to do everything yourself. No help from staff. There should be an employee in charge of assisting customers. Too bad because it is a corporate gas station of SHELL and it is good to offer customers at least this service, which is small in contrast to the big profits it makes.
