Clean fuel. Tuesday special price for super octane fuel. Slow service if you pay by credit card.

24/7 open. Supreme quality of fuels. Excellent service. Good housekeeping. Smiling faces.

We arrived at the Shell station on Monday 25/06 at 18:11. We were served by an attendant, a young man, I estimate: 25y, dark blonde, 1m80, BW 90 kg. I asked a full tank of unleaded petrol 95; which appeared to be 30,97 liter for 50,02 €. As we intended to drop off our rented car, and in order to clean the car a little bit before, I asked for a vacuum cleaner. The gas station attendant pointed to a car wash on the spot and said it was closed. I went inside to pay my bill, and also asked the lady cashier for a vacuum cleaner. However, the station attendant appeared again, and said: " I told you it is closed". I replied: "I want to clean the car a bit before dropping it off; do I have to look for an other pump station then, just to ask for a vacuum cleaner?". He said: "That is your problem, not mine". I went outside, put the car aside, and started shaking out the foot mats in the litter box; throwing away packaging paper, empty plastic bottles... My eye fell on a bucket with soapwater which is used for cleaning the windshield. I took it, and started to wash the car, superficially. My friendly station attendant appeared again and said "This is exclusively for cleaning the windshields", and took it away. My wife and I continued the interior cleaning of the car. Before leaving the station, I went back to the station assistant and said: "All I asked is a bit of water with a bit of soap, and you took it away. I paid 50€ here, and you gave me nothing in return. Efcharistou.." He replied, cynically: 'Parakaloo". How much do you want me to give for this service? One star is even to much.

I drove into the fuel station and the staff member was there filling up for customers. I watched him use the standard unleaded for the customer Infront. He then informed me that he was out of the normal and he only had the v-power or the racing left. He said i had to buy the one of them higher priced one or go somewhere else. So i brought the v-power and as i was driving out he was filling up another customer with the Normal unleaded leaning over the pumps trying to block my view. So he blatently lied to my face to get me to buy the more expensive one. Absolutely disgusting service.

Employees are forced to "upsell" from 95 to 98 or higher. Be aware.
