★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εκτός ότι είναι από τα λίγα 24ωρα shell πρατήρια, ο κύριος που είναι συνήθως το βράδυ μετά τις 12 είναι πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός! Μπράβο!!
 Apart from being one of the few 24 hour shell stations, the gentleman who is usually at night after 12 is very polite and helpful! Well done!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα να βάλω βενζίνη θέλοντας να βάλω την πιο φτηνή και ο υπάλληλος με αποπροσανατολίσε με το τρόπο διατύπωσης της ερωτήσης του και επέλεξα τη ''μεσαια" . Η πρόθεση μου ήταν να βάλω τη πιο φτηνή. Έβαλα όμως την μεσαία που είναι πολύ ακριβότερη. Οι ερωτήσεις γίνονται με σκοπό να παγιδεύσουν τον πελάτη και οχι να τον βοηθήσουν να επιλέξει αυτό που πραγματικά χρειάζεται. Προτείνω στους διαχειριστές του πρατηρίου να εκπαιδεύσετε τους υπαλλήλους με τίμιο τρόπο και όχι κόλπα μάρκετινγκ. Επίσης προτείνω στους πελάτες να ζητάμε πάντα ΤΟ ΠΙΟ ΦΤΗΝΟ, αν αυτό θέλουμε ....γιατί η shell μοιάζει να έχει τόση ποικιλία στις βενζίνες όσο και τα μεγέθη των ρούχων Μικρό μεσαίο μεγάλο!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά! Σήμερα 30/03 και ώρα 13.28 ζήτησα να βάλουν 50€ βενζίνη απλή και μου έβαλαν 126,24€ (Γέμισμα ρεζερβουάρ ). Η αιτιολογία ήταν ότι δεν άκουσαν καλά. Εφόσον δεν άκουσαν καλά θα έπρεπε να ξανά ρωτήσουν; Αντ αυτού με ανάγκασαν να τα πληρώσω! Ρωτάτε αν ο άλλος έχει την οικονομική δυνατότητα αυτήν την εποχή!; ΑΠΛΑ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ !!! Προσωπικά ούτε εγώ, και θα φροντίσω, ούτε ο κοινωνικός και οικογενειακός περίγυρος μου να εξυπηρετηθούν από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα !!
Unacceptable behavior! Today 30/03 and at 13.28 I asked them to put 50 € of regular gasoline and they gave me 126,24 € (Filling the tank). The reason was that they did not hear well. If they did not hear well they should ask again? Instead they forced me to pay them! You ask if the other has the financial ability at this time !? JUST UNACCEPTABLE !!! Personally, neither I, nor I will take care, nor my social and family environment to be served by the specific store !!
