Β	Βασίλης Αλειφτήρας on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γενικά καλή ποιότητα καυσίμων…Αλλά όντας πελάτης τα τελευταία πέντε χρόνια θεωρώ ότι είναι τελείως αντιεπαγγελματικό το γεγονός ότι κάθε Τρίτη η τιμή της απλής ανεβαίνει ώστε να μην μειώνεται αυτή της 95αρας!!!! Generally good quality of fuel… But being a customer for the last five years, I consider it completely unprofessional that every Tuesday the price of the simple goes up so that the 95ara does not decrease !!!!
Γ	Γιώργος Δωματας on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη όλοι είναι η 3 φορά που σταματάω να βάλω βενζίνη και μου λένε δεν έχει λέει απλά βενζίνη μόνο 100 άρα.. Φευγο περνώ τηλ μετά απ 10 λεπτά ρώταω... Έχει απλη βενζίνη? Και μου λένε ναι.. Δλδ πριν 10 λεπτά δεν είχε και τώρα έχετε? Και η δικαιολογία τους ήταν να μου πουν ότι ήρθε το βιτιο μέσα σε 10 λεπτά γεμιασε κ έφυγε.. Δ	ΔΗΜΗΤΡΗΣ ΚΟΝΤΟΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ευγενικό προσωπικό, γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση, ακριβότερη από τις άλλες shell ΑΛΛΑ : Κάνω 2 φορές το χρόνο το δρομολόγιο Πετρούπολη - Προμαχώνα. Κάθε φορά γέμιζα σε shell κοντά στη δουλειά επειδή ήταν φθηνότερη και έφτανα σύνορα με αναμμένη ρεζέρβα και περίπου 50χλμ υπόλοιπο. Αυτή τη φορά γέμισα απο το συγκεκριμένο πρατήριο και έφτασα Προμαχώνα με 200χλμ υπόλοιπο!!! Το ίδιο αυτοκίνητο, το ίδιο στύλ οδήγησης , όλα ίδια. Αξίζει με το παραπάνω τη διαφορά τιμής. Kind staff, fast service, more expensive than the other shells BUT: I do twice a year the route Petersburg - Promachonas. Each time I filled a shell near work because it was cheaper and I reached the border with a spare spare and about 50km left. This time I filled up from the specific gas station and arrived at Promachonas with a distance of 200km !!! The same car, the same driving style, all the same. It is worth the price difference.
Χ	Χάρης Πνακάς on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα να πάρω σήμερα (23/01/22) το απόγευμα γύρω στις 19:00 μμ εμπρόσθιους υαλοκοθαριστήρες αυτοκινήτου σε Citroën C3 επειδή έσπασε ο ένας στο δρόμο. Στο πρατήριο αυτό συνεχώς τροφοδοτώ με βενζίνη και τα 2 αυτοκίνητα μας και εγώ και η υπόλοιπη ευρύτερη οικογένεια μου άλλα 2, δηλ. είμαι καλός και τακτικός πελάτης.Εκεί διαπίστωσα ότι είχε μόνο έναν τύπο μάρκας(!) mitsuyo με τιμή 10 € το τεμάχιο.Του λέω ο μικρός και ο μεγάλος ίδια τιμή δηλ. 10 € έκαστος; (ο ένας είναι ο μισός στο μήκος απ' τον άλλον!) Απάντηση υπαλλήλου ο οποίος μάλλον έβγαλε (!) πόρισμα: ✔️ άμα θέλεις! τόσο κάνει! Εντωμεταξύ τιμή δεν υπήρχε επάνω στο προϊόν (!)Πουθενά! Κρατήστε τους μαζί με την αγένεια σας και μετρήστε τους πελάτες που θα χάνετε κάθε μέρα! Για την ιστορία να σας πω ότι πήγα αμέσως μετά σε πρατήριο EKO (300 m μακρυά) και έβαλα υαλοκοθαριστήρες Bosch eco με 16€ το σετ. 9 € ο μεγάλος και 7 € ο μικρός!Με ευγένεια, τοποθέτηση και εγγύηση! Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν έχουν την ίδια τιμή ο μικρός και ο μεγάλος μου είπαν!Ποιός σας το πε αυτό; Όταν σχολίασα ότι αλλού μου είπαν ίδια τιμή και για τους (2) ανεξαρτήτου μήκους! Ακούτε κύριοι; Δεν πειράζει όποιος δεν σέβεται τον πελάτη που τους στηρίζει χρόνια τώρα, αυτός θα πάει εκεί που τον σέβονται και δεν τον κοροϊδεύουν! Να το θυμάστε αυτό!
