The space is curated carefully in all its small details and creates the perfect environment for a pleasant stay. Staff is kind and welcoming and the whole experience is so good that makes you feel at home. The rooms are beautiful and clean and the common spaces add value to the stay. I could not recommend it enough for a stay in Athens.

The entire hotel is very clean, comfortable, and so beautiful (decor, rooftop, lobby). The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We were shocked at how lovely the fresh daily breakfast was, not to mention super delicious. Location wise, the hotel is close to the subway, city center, shops, and cafes/restaurants as well without being surrounded by a lot of noise or commotion. The roof top patio is a great place to eat or have a drink in the evenings before heading out somewhere. The WIFI was very reliable too. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

My room had an interior garden, the most bathtub, heavenly bed, morning croissants, the Shila scents, EVERYTHING. Every little detail is made with so much care and love! And the girls working there... well they are the best. Ready to help you out or recommend you anything at any time yet respectful, gentle and warm and welcoming. I felt so good inside Shila I had to remember myself to go out and visit Athens! I can’t wait to come back.... I miss Shila so much!

Beautiful from every corner and tastefully designed (very instagrammable), with wonderful friendly staff (who are more like hosts). The location is in upscale Mantzarou a close walk to most things in the centre of town. We will be back!

As far as boutique hotels go, it is unmatched. The decor and staff invite you into a nostalgic and peaceful ambience perfect for inspiration and relaxation. Don’t stay anywhere else, and stay and long as you can. Shila is a true experience.

Outstanding service with a relaxed vibe, they have managed to get the balance perfect with amazing attention to detail and design as well as provenance of gorgeous products but also sooooo relaxing and not all precious or stuffy. Decor is so, so good. We loved it. The suite was perfect for me, my husband and our teenage daughter. I am an artist who also has ADD so I notice EVERYTHING and this place was flawless.

Honestly, this hotel is how my dream home would look like! It was a calm oasis in the bustling city of Athens that I loved returning to and I could’ve spent days languishing in their dreamy and unique hotel rooms.

Shila is an amazing boutique hotel with a very nice rooftop (especially amazing in summertime). The rooms are beautiful (I recommend to get the one with the black hot tub) with a nice garden to chill at and have your delicious (delicious!!!!) breakfast. The staff is extremely nice and will help u with anything u need. The decor is beautiful and stylish. And the location is really great! In a quiet corner in the center of the city. Thank you Shila crew for one of the best stays! Definitely gonna come again in my next visits in Athens.
