T	Thess Gr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γρήγορη παραδοση, καλη τιμή, αλλά κακή εξυπηρέτηση! Το χειροτερο για μενα ειναι οτι ενω δεν ζητησα ΠΟΤΕ να λαμβανω διαφημιστικα μηνύματα, αυτοι μου εστελναν! Το ακομα χειροτερο ομως, ενω πηρα τηλεφωνο να μην ξαναγινει και να αφαιρεσουν τα προσωπικα μου στοιχεια, συνεχισαν να ενοχλουν παλι! Τελειως αντιεπαγγελματικο! Fast delivery, good price, but poor service! The worst thing for me is that while I NEVER asked to receive advertising messages, they sent me! Worse yet, while I got on the phone not to do it again and to remove my personal information, they continued to bother me again! Completely unprofessional!

Έκανα την παραγγελία Τρίτη 10:30, έλαβα αμέσως ενημερωτικό e-mail για την κατάσταση της παραγγελίας μου, στις 13:00 έλαβα μνμ στο κινητό μου τον αριθμό της αποστολής και την Τετάρτη στις 11:30 παρέλαβα τα παπουτσάκια μου! Excellent service! I placed the order on Tuesday 10:30, I immediately received an informative e-mail about the status of my order, at 13:00 I received the shipment number on my mobile phone and on Wednesday at 11:30 I received my shoes!

Είχαν ένα μικρό θεματάκι τα παπούτσια που ήρθαν..(κάτι περτσίνια έφυγαν) αλλά μικρό το κακό και φυσικά δεν ευθύνεται το κατάστημα αλλά η εταιρεία παπουτσιών! Well done Well done Well done! In 24 hours the shoes were in my place! The shoes that came had a small issue .. (some rivets left) but the evil is small and of course it is not the store that is responsible but the shoe company!

Very immediate receipt of the order (in less than 2 hours home delivery in Attica, choosing ACS in the relevant option provided by the store), with very good information about its development and at the lowest price of all stores I found to have the same product.
Σ	ΣΠΥΡΟΣ ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 27/2/2022 παρήγγειλα ένα ζευγάρι παπούτσια, 28/2/2022 έλαβα email από την εταιρεία σχετικά με τα στοιχεία της παραγγελίας και την εταιρεία courier η οποία θα εκτελέσει την παραγγελία. 1/3/2022 λαμβάνω SMS με τον αριθμό αποστολής για να μπορώ να την αναζητήσω από τη σελίδα της courier. 7/3/2022 καλώ την εταιρεία από την οποία παρήγγειλα τα παπούτσια δίχως να απαντήσουν, διότι δεν μπορούσα να εντοπίσω την παραγγελία στην εταιρεία courier. 8/3/2022 τους ξανακαλώ, τίποτα δίχως να απαντήσουν, τελικά κατά τη διάρκεια της ημέρας με κάλεσε η ίδια η εταιρεία, τους αναφέρω ότι δεν μπορώ να εντοπίσω την παραγγελία και η απάντηση που έλαβα είναι θα το ελέγξουμε και θα σας ενημερώσουμε. 12/3/2022 ξανακαλώ την εταιρεία αφού δεν με ξαναπήραν για να με ενημερώσουν όπως μου είχαν πει, και αυτή τη φορά μιλάω με διαφορετικό υπάλληλο στον οποίο λέω τα ίδια που είπα και στον προηγούμενο στις 8/3/2022. Την ίδια ημέρα 8/3/2022 ξανακαλώ την εταιρεία και μου αναφέρει ότι ο λόγος που δεν μπορώ να εντοπίσω την παραγγελία είναι διότι η εταιρεία courier για κάποιο περίεργο λόγο την έχει χάσει! 14/3/2022 με καλεί η εταιρεία μου αναφέρει ότι ακόμα δεν μπορεί να βρεθεί η παραγγελία και επειδή δεν υπάρχει το συγκεκριμένο ζευγάρι παπούτσια στο συγκεκριμένο χρώμα αν ενδιαφερόμουν για άλλο χρώμα, του απάντησα αρνητικά. Το άλλο που μου πρότεινε ήταν να μιλήσει με κάποιον άλλο συνεργαζόμενο κατάστημα για να βρουν το ίδιο ζευγάρι παπούτσια. Αυτή τη στιγμή είναι 8/4/2022 και τα παπούτσια ακόμα αγνοούνται! Ευτυχώς η παραγγελία έγινε με αντικαταβολή. Είναι η πρώτη φορά που μου συμβαίνει εδώ και 15 χρόνια που κάνω ηλεκτρονικές παραγγελίες (ακόμα και από Κίνα που παραγγέλνω προιόντα, έστω και μετά από ένα μήνα τα παραλαμβάνω). 27/2/2022 I ordered a pair of shoes, 28/2/2022 I received an email from the company regarding the details of the order and the courier company that will execute the order. 1/3/2022 I receive an SMS with the sending number so that I can search for it on the courier page. 7/3/2022 I call the company from which I ordered the shoes without answering, because I could not locate the order in the courier company. 8/3/2022 I call them again, nothing without answering, finally during the day the company called me, I tell them that I can not locate the order and the answer I received is we will check it and we will inform you. 12/3/2022 I call the company again since they did not take me again to inform me as they had told me, and this time I am talking to a different employee to whom I say the same things I said in the previous one on 8/3/2022. On the same day 8/3/2022 I call the company again and it tells me that the reason I can not locate the order is because the courier company for some strange reason has lost it! 14/3/2022 my company calls me stating that the order can not be found yet and because there is no specific pair of shoes in the specific color if I was interested in another color, I answered in the negative. The other thing he suggested was to talk to another partner store to find the same pair of shoes. At the moment it is 8/4/2022 and the shoes are still ignored! Fortunately, the order was made by cash on delivery. This is the first time in 15 years that I have made online orders (even from China where I order products, even after a month I receive them).

Έχω κάνει παραγγελία πριν από δύο εβδομάδες εκτός από το mail επιβεβαίωσης της παραγγελίας δεν μου έχει έρθει ούτε άλλη ειδοποίηση ούτε το προϊόν φυσικά κ ενώ στέλνω εγώ mail για να ενημερωθώ δεν μπήκαν στον κόπο καν να απαντησουν. Αφού μετά από μέρες σήκωσαν τηλέφωνο μου είπαν ότι θα δουν τι συμβαίνει κ θα με πάρουν πίσω πράγμα που δεν έγινε ποτέ. Κλείστε το αν δεν μπορειται να είστε συνεπής με τους πελάτες. The characterization is unacceptable and lenient. I placed an order two weeks ago, apart from the order confirmation mail, I have not received any other notification or product, of course, and while I am sending mail to be informed, they did not even bother to respond. After days they picked up the phone and told me that they would see what was happening and take me back, which never happened. Close it if you can not be consistent with customers.
A	Anastasia Tsalova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν υπήρχε επιλογη κανενα αστερι θα την εβαζα. Επιεικως απαραδεκτη συμπεριφορά. Υποτίθεται θα λαμβανα τα παπούτσια που παρήγγειλα σε 3 ημερες. Μετα απο 4 ημερες με πήραν τηλεφωνο να με ενημερωσουν οτι εγινε μπερδεμα και θα τα λαβω τα συντομότερο. Οπως ξεκαθαρισα θα εφευγα ταξιδι και τα χρειαζόμουν. Αν μου ελεγαν οτι δε θα μπορέσουν τελικα να με εξυπηρετησουν θα το δεχομουν και θα τα επαιρνα απο αλλου. Το οτι ομως δε τα ελαβα, επαψαν να απαντουν στο τηλεφωνο η στο mail γιατι προφανως δε θα τα εστελναν ποτε, ειναι εντελως αντί επαγγελματικο το λιγοτερο. Συμφωνω με την προηγούμενη κριτικη, οι καιροι ειναι δυσκολοι και αν αδυνατειτε να κρατησετε μια επιχείρηση με ευπρέπεια κλειστε την και αφηστε αυτους που μπορουν. Φανταζομαι οι θετικες κριτικες αποτελουν προιον συγγενών και φιλων. Θα συνιστούσα να παραγγειλετε απο αλλου και ας ειναι λιγο πιο ακριβο το προιον προς αποφυγη δυσαρεσκειας. If there was no choice I would put it. Indulgently unacceptable behavior. I was supposed to receive the shoes I ordered in 3 days. After 4 days they called me to inform me that there was confusion and I will receive them as soon as possible. As I clarified, I would go on a trip and I needed them. If they told me that they would not be able to serve me in the end, I would accept it and take it from elsewhere. But the fact that I did not receive them, they stopped answering the phone or the mail because obviously they would never send them, is completely instead of professional at least. I agree with the previous review, times are tough and if you can not keep a business properly close it and leave it to those who can. I imagine positive reviews are a product of relatives and friends. I would recommend ordering from elsewhere and let the product be a little more expensive to avoid dissatisfaction.
