Η παραγγελία έγινε Πέμπτη απόγευμα σε ένα άμεσα διαθέσιμο προϊόν (τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία και επιβεβαιώθηκε), κατάθεση σε τράπεζα και το λογικό είναι η αποστολή να γίνει την επόμενη ημέρα Παρασκευή. Ούτε Παρασκευή, ούτε Σάββατο έφυγε η παραγγελία, στο μεταξύ στο τηλέφωνο μας είπαν ότι είχαν στείλει το voucher της αποστολής σε email, δεν ήρθε τίποτα και αργότερα κατάλαβα το γιατί. Με την ΑΝΑΜΕΝΌΜΕΝΗ ΚΑΘΥΣΤΕΡΗΣΗ των κούριερ λόγω των ημερών το αργότερο να είχε φτάσει στην πόλη μου την Δευτέρα, παίρνω τηλέφωνο στο κατάστημα να μου πει το voucher τηλεφωνικά να το το παραλάβω ο ίδιος από την κούριερ. Παίρνω το πρωί κατά τις 10, και μου στέλνουν τον κωδικό. Το σκαναρω (και ενώ έπρεπε να γράφει την διαδικασία δυο ημερών, κενό). Ξαναπαίρνω το μεσημέρι κατά τις 14.30 να τους πω ότι έκαναν λάθος στους αριθμούς, όχι μου λένε, αυτό είναι το σωστό. Και όντως το ξανασκαναρω και έγραφε ότι όντως 14.15 το σκαναρανε για παραλαβή η κούριερ. μα... φυσικά φταίει η κούριερ που το πήρε 3 μέρες μετά για να το παραλάβει. τάδε εφη το κατάστημα.. Και όχι μόνο αυτό, αλλά επειδή το έστειλαν το μεσημέρι αργά, η κούριερ θα το στείλει την επόμενη ημέρα. 4 ημέρες καθυστερηση αποστολής ενός άμεσα διαθέσιμου προϊόν (παρασκευή, Σάββατο, Δευτέρα, τρίτη), ενώ έχουμε πληρώσει παροχή κούριερ. Για να ΞΕΚΙΝΉΣΕΙ να φύγει από την έδρα τους. Τελικά το δέμα έφτασε Πέμπτη, μια εβδομάδα μετά. Και για να προλάβω οποιαδήποτε αξίωση του καταστήματος, επειδή υπαινίχθηκε τηλεφωνικά ευθύνες προς την κούριερ, η τελευταία δεν φέρνει καμμία ευθύνη, ήταν στο λογικό χρόνο παράδοσης, συνυπολογίζοντας και την αναμενόμενη καθυστέρηση λόγω των ημερών. Όταν πληρώνεις παροχή κούριερ, σε άμεσα διαθέσιμο προϊόν πρέπει να την προσφέρεις. Πολλώ δε μάλλον όταν σε κοροϊδεύουν στο τηλέφωνο με δικαιολογίες λες και παραγγέλνεις πρώτη φορά online.
