★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τουλάχιστον απαράδεκτοι! Αγόρασα από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα το Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 στις 5/4/21, το οποίο ήταν εξαρχής ελαττωματικό όσον αφορά την μπαταρία. Σε ούτε δύο μήνες άρχισε επίσης να υπερθερμαίνεται, να μη με αφήνει να εκτελέσω βασικές λειτουργίες. Τους το έστειλα για επισκευή και μου το επέστρεψαν ισχυριζόμενοι ότι δεν έχει κανένα από τα προβλήματα που ανέφερα. Μετά από λίγο διάστημα, έσβησε η οθόνη τελείως, οπότε το ξαναέστειλα (μετά από τρεις εβδομάδες, καθώς έπρεπε να φύγω για επαγγελματικό ταξίδι), ζητώντας καινούρια συσκευή! Το κράτησαν κανά μήνα και, και αφού επικοινώνησα εγώ, ισχυρίστηκαν ότι έχει έντονα σημάδια πτώσης, ΠΤΩΣΗΣ! κάτι που δεν καλύπτει η εγγύηση! Λες και είχα το κινήτο και καθόλου στα χέρια μου για να το ρίξω! Και έχουν και θράσος, γιατί έμαθα κιόλας ότι ένα κινητό μπορεί να χαλάσει και στα πρώτα πέντε λεπτά λειτουργίας! Εγώ θα πρότεινα να μην μπλέξετε! Αν ήταν σοβαρή επιχείρηση θα είχαν διορθώσει το πρόβλημα την πρώτη φορά που τους το έστειλα!
At least unacceptable! I bought the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 from this store on 5/4/21, which was defective from the beginning in terms of battery. In less than two months it also started to overheat, not allowing me to perform basic functions. I sent it to them for repair and they returned it to me claiming that it does not have any of the problems I mentioned. After a while, the screen went off completely, so I sent it again (after three weeks, as I had to leave for a business trip), asking for a new device! They kept it for a month and, and after I contacted them, they claimed that it has strong signs of falling, FALLING! something that is not covered by the guarantee! As if I had the cell phone and not at all in my hands to throw it! And they have audacity, because I already learned that a cell phone can break even in the first five minutes of operation! I would suggest not to get involved! If it was a serious business they would have fixed the problem the first time I sent it to them!

I tried washing with a sponge, but the next day my legs still were black. I decided to take the sandals back this morning. But they told me that they could not change them, because "I wore them and the sole is worn out, and they are damaged." Seriously???!!! I wore them at home for 15 minutes. If they are damaged, then you are selling defective shoes! I wrote to the consumer protection committee already. If it is not possible to return the money tonight, the tax office will also be notified, since a bill was not issued on the day of purchase.
