★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρόλο που στο παρελθόν ήταν πολύ καλά, η εξυπηρέτηση πλεον είναι ανύπαρκτη τα προϊόντα δεν μπορείς να τα δεις μόνο σου και όταν κάποιος μετά από ώρα σε εξυπηρετήσει τα προϊόντα πάλι δεν θα τα δεις γιατί δεν ξέρουν να σου τα δείξουν. Η αναμονή στο ταμείο ανεξάρτητα από τον συνοστισμο είναι περίπου 20 λεπτά.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το καλύτερο μαγαζί στα Χανιά αλλά με ένα μεγάλο μειονεκτήματα......οι υπάλληλοι που δουλεύουν εκεί είκοσι χρόνια και.. και του στηρίζουν το μαγαζι τούς δίνει ψίχουλα 650€ το μήνα ΛΥΠΑΜΑΙ. Εάν από το μαγαζί φύγουν δύο σημαντικά άτομα θα γίνει το μαγαζάκι τής γειτονιάς και όχι η μαγαζαρα που ήταν κάποτε..Για να δω λοιπόν......
The best shop in Chania but with a big disadvantages ...... the employees who work there for twenty years and .. and support the shop gives them crumbs 650 € per month SORRY. If two important people leave the store, it will become the neighborhood store and not the store that once was..To see ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Την πρώτη φορά που πήγα δεν ήξερα πως ακριβώς λεγόταν αυτό που ήθελα και το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό και μου το βρήκαν. Πήγα και χθες και όταν έφτασα είχε πέσει το ρεύμα. Περίμενα να μου πουν πως είναι κλειστά μέχρι να έρθει το ρεύμα, κάτι κατανοητό γιατί είχε νυχτωσει, αλλά ένας υπάλληλος με εξυπηρέτησε μέσα στα σκοτάδια χωρίς καν να ρωτήσω. Πολύ βοηθητικοί εχω να πω μπράβο τους.
