Просторный дом с двумя спальнями, полностью укомплектованная кухня, рядом парковка. Пляж, рестораны, магазины в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Очень хороший вариант для семьи из 3-4 человек.

A pochi passi dal centro, ultimo tratto di 200 metri di strada sterrata, attenzione alle valige con le ruote, io la mia l'ho rotta, camere sporche ma superato questo primo ostacolo tutto ok. Ventola in camera, è priva di aria condizionata e di televisore. Cucina con due piastre e frigo piccolo. Essenziale sul bruttino ma il prezzo basso e l'ottima posizione lo rendono appetibile. Posto auto nel cortile interno. Cambio biancheria al bisogno, si mette fuori la sporca e ti dànno la pulita. Due terrazzino davanti e dietro, uno con tavolo e 2 sedie. Inutilizzate per la quantità di zanzare eccezionali. Difficile a volte anche il riposo. Non avevamo l'asciugacapelli che ci ha prestato il gestore. Non comprese le pulizie

This is a very dangerous place! There is high voltage ín the tap! Especially, when the water heater has turned on. It is a Janus face farm, outside looks good, but inside occours some surprising thing So be carefool!

Loved the stay here! What you get it for that kind of price is amazing. I traveled here with a group of my friends and since we are broke students, we couldn't afford most of the other places in Sidari. The little studio you get is cool - everything was clean on arrival and we got room service. You get a roll of toilet paper but you have to buy more if you use it up, which isn't a problem, but you have to remember to buy some lol. You will thank yourself for picking that location. The centre of Sidari is loud, and I mean VERY LOUD with busy nightlife, so it might be difficult to get a good night sleep there. These studios are a 10 minute walk from the very centre so you don't get any of that noise. I rested very well. There is a bit of a gravel path leading to the studios so just be careful with your suitcases. With a studio also comes a small patio with a table and some chairs. It's really nice to eat breakfasts outside and to drink in the evenings (with mosquito repellent). Every window in the studio got a mesh installed to prevent mosquitos form coming in and it worked very well. Every bedroom also has a standing fan, but the nights were nice and cool (around 20 degrees C) so we slept without turning them on. The bathroom is OK - everything works so there's nothing to complain about. Room service mopped the floor for us every two days, it gets dirty pretty quick from all the beach sand we carried on ourselves. Don't expect a plasma TV and a shower with a massager for ~7 euro/night. What you get for that price is totally fair. Get real.

You get what you pay for, it's cheep and cheerful, no aircon but it's perfect if you just want to sleep and spend your time outside exploring.
