l	l k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πτωση δεντρου στην γραμμη για Αθηνα....καμια ενημερωση στο επιβατικο κοινο..το μονο που ανακοινωνεται ειναι καθυστερηση λογω κυκλοφοριας...το τρενο γυρναει στην οινοη..καμια ενημερωση και για αυτο .τηλεφωνο δεν σηκωνουν...και ευτυχως που υπηρχε ατομο να περιμενει στον σταθμο και εμαθα αυτα που επρεπε απο σεβασμο στο επιβατικο κοινο να μου πουν.απλα ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ Tree falls on the line for Athens .... no information to the passenger public..the only thing that is announced is a delay due to traffic ... the train returns to Oinoi..no information and for that .they do not pick up the phone ... and fortunately that there was a person waiting at the station and I learned what the passengers had to say to me out of respect. just UNACCEPTABLE

Τρεις ώρες και 10 λεπτά πλέον το Αθήνα-Τρίκαλα Αν μπει και η ηλεκτροκίνηση στο τμήμα Καλαμπάκα-Παλαιοφάρσαλα ακόμα καλύτερα. It is constantly being upgraded. There are no delays in the past. Three hours and 10 minutes to Athens-Trikala If the electric drive in the Kalambaka-Paleofarsala section is even better.

t	tsob4 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Την Παρασκευή 03/12/2021 ξεκινούσα από Τρίκαλα για να φτασω 22.45 στη Θεσσαλονίκη. Τελικά το τρένο απ τα Τρίκαλα δε πέρασε ποτέ, ηρθε μας πηρε λεωφορείο μετά από καμιά ώρα να μας παει Λάρισα και ξεκινήσαμε από εκεί στις 23.30 για να φτάσω τελικά Θεσσαλονίκη στις 01.30 ημέρα Σάββατο 04/12/2021! Βρήκα ότι δικαιούμαι αποζημίωση 50% και μπήκα στο ίντερνετ να βάλω τους κωδικούς μου για το κουπόνι για να δω τελικά ότι στο internet γράφει πως το τρένο από Τρίκαλα δε καθυστέρησε καθόλου και ότι το τρένο από Παλαιοφαρσαλο καθυστέρησε 20 λεπτακια, οποτε δε δικαιούμαι τίποτα. Έστειλα και email παραπόνων στον ΟΣΕ αλλά εννοείται ότι δε μπήκε κάνεις στον κόπο να μου απαντήσει. Είστε απαράδεκτοι! On Friday 03/12/2021 I started from Trikala to reach 22.45 in Thessaloniki. Finally the train from Trikala never passed, it came and took our bus after a few hours to take us to Larissa and we started from there at 23.30 to finally reach Thessaloniki at 01.30 on Saturday 04/12/2021! I found that I am entitled to 50% compensation and I went on the internet to put my codes for the coupon to finally see that on the internet it says that the train from Trikala was not delayed at all and that the train from Paleofarsalo was delayed for 20 minutes, so I am not entitled to anything. I also sent a complaint email to OSE but of course you did not bother to answer me. You are unacceptable!
