S	Stathis Kolonias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tο προιον τους το εχουμε 3 με 4 χρονια στην αρχη το s mobile κατι δεν εκανε στα os της apple οι αρχικες ρυθμισεις απο τον συνεργατη τους στο χαλανδρι ηταν ετσι κι αλλιως κακες απο την αρχη γιατι ουτε στο samsung επαιζε καλα στην αρχη επρεπε να εισαι εντος δικτυου μετα για λιγο καιρο το καταφεραμε και εκτος δικτυου αλλα μεχρι εκει απο το 2017 εχουμε να χρησιμοποιησουμε την εφαρμογη. η επικοινωνια με το helpdesk τοτε τουλαχιστον ηταν κακη αφου το μονο που εκαναν ειναι να μας παραπεμπουν στον συνεργατη τους στο χαλανδρι που εγω ομως ουτε ζωγραφιστο δεν θελω να δω μετα απο ολη αυτη την ταλαιπα. εν κατακλειδι η συσκευη ειναι αξιοπιστη για την χρηση σαν παλιος συναγερμος,μπαινεις μεσα στο σπιτι μπιπ μπιπ μπιπ βαζεις κωδικο τελος μπηκες. Update. 5/10/2020 Σήμερα επικοινώνησα ξανά μετά από καιρό με την Sigma και η βοήθεια από τον κύριο Τσόχο ήταν εξαιρετική. Με παρέπεμψε σε άλλον συνεργάτη τους τεχνικό στο Χαλάνδρι αφού μέσω του μοντέλου διαπιστώσαμε την συμβατότητα του πίνακα με το καινούριο λογισμικό της εταιρείας. Μας κατατόπισε άμεσα για το τι πρέπει να γίνει μας έστειλε και tutorial στο mail για το πως δουλεύει η καινούρια εφαρμογή και ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενικός. Συνεπώς αλλάζω την κριτική σε 5* γιατί στην πραγματικότητα αυτός που έκανε την εγκατάσταση μου δημιούργησε τις δυσκολίες σε σχέση με την απομακρυσμενη διαχείριση του συναγερμού. So I change the review to 5 * because in fact the one who did my installation created the difficulties in relation to the remote management of the alarm.
