Ενώ είχα κάνει ήδη την παραγγελια με τα αρχικά στοιχεία ήθελα να αλλάξω την διευθυνση παραδοσης, και τα παιδια απο το eShop με βοήθησαν γρήγορα χωρίς κανένα προβλημα! Very nice and quality things and with impeccable service from their online store! While I was already ordering with the original details I wanted to change the delivery address, and the guys from eShop helped me quickly without any problems!

Μου έκανε εντύπωση το ποσό συμπαθητικές ήταν οι κοπέλες κ το ωραίο κλίμα στο κατάστημα. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά. Τα προϊόντα είναι value for money και το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικοτατο ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I made an order from their eshop Tuesday morning and received it the very next day !! The number did not fit me and I changed it in the store the same day. I was impressed by how nice the girls were and the nice atmosphere in the store. I will definitely prefer it again. The products are value for money and the staff very helpful ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Δ	Δήμητρα Κόγια on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα από το ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα πριν τα Χριστούγεννα. Η παραγγελία δεν καταχωρήθηκε ποτέ, ενώ η πληρωμή είχε γίνει κανονικά. Κάλεσα και μου είπαν θα σταλεί εντός 3 ημερών. Δεν παρέλαβα ποτέ. Επικοινώνησα εγώ μαζι τους και μου ανέφεραν ότι η παραγγελία εδώ και μια βδομάδα ειναι στη speedex. Πήγα μονη μου να την παραλάβω και με ενημέρωσαν ότι η παραγγελία έχει επιστραφεί στο κατάστημα. Αναμένω επιστροφή των χρημάτων μου. I ordered from the online store before Christmas. The order was never placed while the payment was made normally. I called and they told me it will be sent within 3 days. I never received it. I contacted them and they told me that the order for a week is on speedex. I went to pick it up on my own and they informed me that the order has been returned to the store. I expect a refund.
L	Leni Papaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα μια τσάντα την οποία βλέπω στο e shop 2 χρόνια τώρα με τη τιμή να παραμένει η ίδια είτε είναι εκπτώσεις είτε όχι (με παραποίηση αρχικής τιμής). Έχω την ίδια σε άλλο χρώμα, την έχω αγοράσει από κινεζικό στη μισή τιμή. Αφού δεν την έβρισκα πουθενά στο χρώμα που ήθελα την αγόρασα. Το αποτέλεσμα; Απαίσια ποιότητα. Η κινεζική είναι ανώτερη. Κρίμα. Είναι η δεύτερη αποτυχία σε αυτό το κατάστημα και δεν θα υπάρξει τρίτη. I ordered a bag that I see in the e shop 2 years now with the price remaining the same whether it is a discount or not (with counterfeit original price). I have the same in another color, I bought it from Chinese at half price. Since I could not find it anywhere in the color I wanted I bought it. The result; Poor quality. Chinese is superior. Pity. It is the second failure in this store and there will be no third.

Όμως όσες φορές έχω παραγγείλει από το ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα αργούν πάρα πολύ να τα στείλουν (περίπου μια εβδομάδα). Επίσης, δεν στέλνουν το tracking number και πρέπει να ρωτήσεις. Στα αρνητικά, η συνεργασία με την απαράδεκτη speedex, που φυσικά δεν είναι λάθος του καταστήματος, αλλά θα έπρεπε να λάβουν υπόψην και άλλες εταιρείες. Πιστεύω ότι η παραγγελία που έκανα τώρα θα είναι η τελευταία, γιατί για εμένα προσωπικά δε δικαιολογείται κατάστημα που βρίσκεται στην Αθήνα να αργεί τόσο πολύ να στείλει τις παραγγελίες και να μην κρατάει τον πελάτη ενήμερο για το status της αποστολής. It has a great variety and nice things. I have no experience from the physical store. But as many times as I have ordered from the online store they take too long to send them (about a week). Also, they do not send the tracking number and you have to ask. On the downside, working with the unacceptable speedex, which of course is not the store's fault, but should be taken into account by other companies. I believe that the order I placed now will be the last one, because for me personally it is not justified for a store located in Athens to be so late in sending the orders and not to keep the customer informed about the status of the shipment.
