Αναφέρομαι στο κατάστημα ρούχων, όχι σε αυτό με τα παπούτσια. Επειδή δεν γίνεται να σας απαντήσω στην απάντησή σας, σχολιάζω εκ νέου εδώ. Το τι την θεωρείτε εσείς είναι δικό σας θέμα. Το "σας μίλησε γλυκά" είναι ανήκουστο. Η άλλη κοπέλα είπε όντως με ευγένεια να δοκιμάσω το μπουφάν έστω στην είσοδο μέχρι να περάσει το αποτέλεσμα στην πλατφόρμα. Γι αυτήν με ακούσατε να λέω κάτι; Συν τοις άλλοις, ακόμα και θέμα τεστ να μην ήταν, ζητησα ξεκάθαρα ένα μπουφάν και μου πρότεινε γούνα. Κι αυτό μάλλον μέρος της γλυκύτητα ήταν. Μη δουλευόμαστε και μην προσπαθείτε μ αναλύσεις να σώσετε την κακη κριτική, καθώς υπάρχουν και άλλες όπως βλέπετε. Unacceptable behavior, miserable service. Αγενέστατη. Μου έκανε εντύπωση το ποσό συμπαθητικές ήταν οι κοπέλες κ το ωραίο κλίμα στο κατάστημα. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά. Τα προϊόντα είναι value for money και το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικοτατο ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I made an order from their eshop Tuesday morning and received it the very next day !! Μίλησα, έστειλα φωτογραφία και έγινε αντικατάσταση της. Ως προς την εξυπηρέτηση, όλα τέλεια. Το κακό είναι ότι φορώντας την πρώτη μέρα το παντελόνι της φόρμας, άνοιξε το γαζί της δεξιάς τσέπης. Οπότε έχουμε άψογη εξυπηρέτηση μετά την πώληση αλλά κακή ποιότητα ραφης. Θα απέφευγα να ψωνίσω ξανά. I received a vellum form I tried and I washed. Το πρόβλημα ήταν ότι ένα από τα προϊόντα δεν ήταν διαθέσιμο, χωρίς φυσικά να το ενημερώνουν στο site, αλλά ούτε και στον ίδιο τον πελάτη. Έπρεπε να πάρω τηλέφωνο μετά από δύο εβδομάδες για να μου το ξεφουρνίσουν, και για τις επόμενες δύο, με εξαπατούσαν λέγοντάς μου ότι η παραγγελία έχει σταλεί. Όλα αυτά αφού είχαν δεσμεύσει τα χρήματα. Απαράδεκτοι επαγγελματίες. Δεν το συνιστώ σε καμία περίπτωση. I placed an order on 28/1. It's 2/3 and I still haven't received anything. I had to call after two weeks to get it baked, and for the next two, they tricked me into telling me the order had been shipped. All this after they had frozen the money. Unacceptable professionals. P	Panagiotis PP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ [Η αξιολόγηση αφορά το ηλ. κατάστημα και μόνο.] Δυστυχώς έκανα το λάθος, όπως και πολλοί άλλοι από ότι βλέπω να μην διαβάζουν τις προηγούμενες κριτικές. Το κατάστημα επικοινώνησε μετά από 10 ημέρες από την παραγγελία να ενημερώσει πως δεν υπάρχει το συγκεκριμένο προιόν. Στην συνέχεια αφού επιλέξαμε εναλλακτικό προιόν ενημέρωσε πως το έστειλε. Περνάνε ακόμα 10 ημέρες και καμία ενημέρωση και καμία άφιξη προιόντος. Κατόπιν επικοινωνίας μας ανέφεραν πως έστειλαν το προιόν και κατηγόρησαν την κούριερ πως έχασε το δέμα (ψευδές καθώς ο κωδικός εντοπισμού δεν έβγαζε καν παραλαβή προιόντος ή έστω εκτύπωση συνοδευτικού δέματος). Καταλήγοντας μετά από περίπου 1 μήνα επιστράφηκαν τα χρήματα μετά από ακύρωση παραγγελίας καθώς προφανώς υπάρχει εμπαιγμός από το κατάστημα. Πρωτόγνωρη εμπειρία από ελληνικό e-shop. Δεν ξέρω που οφείλεται αυτός ο εμπαιγμός / άθλια εξυπηρέτηση αλλά είναι κρίμα για κατάστημα το οποίο βλέπω ότι έχει χρόνια δραστηριότητας.
