I've visited Simos camping the past 2 summers and i must say that I am very pleased. The spots are spacious, and can fit 2 medium-sized tents, and 1-2 cars (depending on car size). The accommodation fee was fair as well. Its best feature is its location; right next to Simos beach, a long, sandy beach with clear waters.

Horrible camping, seriously. It covers the basic needs. showers, mini market, relatively clean bathroom (if you go early). The water comes from an underground well, where the last of fresh water has been drained about two years ago and now it simply drains seawater. The restaurant is something out of a backwater retreat in a swamp with plastic trays instead of dishes and cutlery and the food was preheated in microwave ovens before serving. The food itself mediocre at best. I had better in the army and at hospitals. Moreover, the sleeping position where we set up tent reminded us vividly of a Praktiker’s parking lot rather than an escape in the wild, with paved roads and spots and shrubbery trees instead of actual ones. The sun was cooking the tent from sunrise to sundown. The other alternative is to book somewhere closer but be prepared, if you’re over the age of 22, you won’t be able to sleep before 1 A.M. since the camping’s consensus is really young and there are 2-3 tents packed at each spot and the resulting noise pollution compares to a university’s dormitory. Not to mention, that the facilities (WC/showers) and the beach was so far away that from certain positions you’re required to walk 5-10 minutes. Finally, the staff is used to handle younger people so they will treat you like cattle and “walking wallets” the reception won’t open until 9 A.M. so if you’re for an early start forget about it. For us, it almost managed to ruin the experience of one of the most amazing beaches in Greece. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Quite good, don't expect to love the place. By the way it's the only option you have to camp. There are a lot of young local guys, which give fun, Greek style attitude and... and some noise. Bathrooms are new, hot showers, no drinkable water, but remember you are on an island. Places are quite big with shadows.

A really organized camping next to one of the nicest beaches in Greece! The camping sites are well designated and most of them offer nice protection from the sun. However the staff in the restaurant is quite rude and doesn't follow COVID protocols.

Worst part of my Peloponesse trip. The place reminds a huge parking lot with a sun shades, not a camping. Absolutely nothing nice there, we wanted to escape just after we arrived (once you get to the island you stay though..) Dirt, noise and crowds in July. Salty water in bathrooms (!) Camper service area is a sewage point, you tank the water with the same hose for toilet cleaning (!). The beach is nice, but overcrowded in July. Even if you visit off-season, the camping still not worth to spend a night. It was also the most expensive place in our Greek trip. The only positive is friendly staff at the reception.

I gave 2 stars as the lots are very small, there is barely enough place 2 fit 2 tents and a car. If you want to have a seating area have good luck finding space in the roofed area. The roof is so small that during certain times of day the sun will still be shining on your lot. The beach is very beautiful but it in my opinion doesn't really act as part of the campsite. In certain parts of the campsite there is absolutely no WiFi reception.

One of the most amazing camping sites I have visited in Greece. Spacious places to camp and park your car. The beach is 5 minutes away, and have access to plenty amenities. Bathrooms, kitchens etc are very clean and tidy. 2 persons with a campervan and included power supply 25 Euro. Simply amazing. We tried in at the beginning of season and it was not crowded.

The camp is big and well organized, it has lots of shade, there is also mini market and shared kitchen facilities like grill, tables, which is great. The water is not drinkable (but you can buy plastic bottles in the mini market) and there was no soap or towels at the bathroom, for this reason I'm rating 4 stars. Small things matter ? We were there in pre-season and it was quite loud. Consider the fact that the camp is popular among young party people.
