G	Giannis K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικά απορώ πως η κοπέλα που σηκώνει το τηλέφωνο έχει δουλειά. Μόνο αν είναι βύσμα δεν εξηγείται αλλιώς. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά, ειρωνικό ύφος και στυλάκι λες και δουλεύει στον Κούγια. Δυστυχώς δεν έχω άποψη για την κυρία Αντωνιάδου καθώς δεν δέχομαι ένας άνθρωπος που συμπεριφέρεται έτσι σε πελάτες να πάρει έστω και 1€ από τα λεφτά μου. Σε περίπτωση που ακολουθεί οδηγίες από την κυρία Αντωνιάδου και μιλάει έτσι στο τηλέφωνο τότε γλύτωσα από πολύ τοξικό άνθρωπο. I really wonder how the girl who picks up the phone has a job. Δεν έχει τον έλεγχο στα ραντεβού ή τις εκκρεμότητες που προκύπτουν. Καμία επαφή με την διαχείριση. Η κα Αντωνιάδου αν και είχα άλλη εντύπωση αποδείχθηκε άνθρακας ο θησαυρός. Λυπάμαι περισσότερο εμένα που είχα την καλή πρόθεση να περιμένω 10 ημέρες και όταν ξαναπήρα τηλέφωνο για να κλείσω ραντεβού και να πάω στο γραφείο της και να κουβεντιάσουμε το θέμα μου, αντί αυτού (με υποδέχτηκε τηλεφωνικώς πάντα) είχε έναν απαξιωτικό τρόπο λες και της ζητιάνευα και εγώ δεν ξέρω τι. Μάλλον δεν έχουν καταλάβει ποιος είναι ο ρόλος τούς και πως πρέπει να συμπεριφέρονται στους εν δυνάμει πελάτες τους. Λεφτά θα παίρνατε κα Αντωνιάδου δεν θα μας κάνατε χάρη.... Λυπάμαι!!!
