Πήρα τηλέφωνο δύο φορές κατά την διάρκεια τρεις εβδομάδες και δεν θέλουν καθόλου να με εξυπηρετούν, ούτε δεν δείχνουν κανένα ενδιαφέρον προς εμένα σαν πελάτισσα. Η απάντηση είναι "Θα σας πάρουμε τηλέφωνο την Δευτέρα". Ποιά; Καθαρή; Πόσες εβδομάδες ακόμα πρέπει να περιμένω εξυπηρέτηση; Αν δεν προλαβαίνετε - πάρτε το προσωπικό ή πείτε ότι δεν έχετε χρόνο, να μην περιμένω τζάμπα και να πάρω τηλέφωνο σε άλλη εταιρία. I do not understand that they have so many good reviews, probably false, because they have no interest in customers. I called twice during three weeks and did not want at all to serve me, or not show any interest to me as a customer. The answer is "We'll take your phone on Monday." Which; Clean; How many weeks still must wait service? If you do not have time - get staff or say that you do not have time, do not wait and get free phone to another company.
