★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is great if what you are searching for is calm and quiet. Altough it take some time to get here, the roads are good and once you reach Ano Skotina you willl find a magical place, surrounded by historical buildings. The food was great, nothing fancy, but extremely tasty. We ate lamb chops, viel with red sauce, meatballs, and everything was very very good. The white wine was one of the best we had in Grecce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place, 30 min from the sea. Very kind and friendly hosts! Thank You! :) Delicious food, cool nights and beautiful nature. Take the road through Palaios Panteleimonas, the one through Skotina has unpaved section.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tourists beware, you can easily get cheated when visiting this place. On Aug-24, I bought 1 beer, waiter said 3 Euros, I said 4 - to leave 1-Euro tip, paid using 50 Eur banknote, got 41.5 Eur change. Being naive, I just took the money, did not check and only found out later. See, this review is not about some 4.50 Eur, it's about the feeling of being cheated just because it's apparently easy to cheat tourists. Also, no receipt was provided (which I don't usually care about), but this time let me inform you that ΑΑΔΕ authority will be informed to check this place. Otherwise the surroundings of Ano Skotina are beautiful and worth the hike from Skotina to Ano Skotina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place for detoxification from everyday life. Very hospitable staff, in a calm and idyllic location very high on the mountains!
We loved the breakfast and we also enjoyed their food! Excellent service so far!
The village is honestly a hidden paradise! We stayed up for a weekend and we end up with booking our next destination!
We booked to stay there because it's a pet friendly hotel.
It's an amazing place to go for a stroll because it's small village with picturesque alleys to walk around!
The view from the room combines the rich vegetation of mountains full of green trees and the sea the same time!
We are speechless!
