★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήρα 3 πιτακια (ζήτησα ένα σπανακοπιτακι, ένα τυροπιτάκι και ένα κοτοπιτακι) από το κατάστημα δίπλα στα τάλαντα, βγαίνοντας τρώω το ένα, δαγκώνοντας το δεύτερο, πάλι τυρί, λέω οκ ένα λαθάκι, σιγά. Δαγκώνω και από το τρίτο, επίσης τυροπιτάκι! Γύρισα λοιπόν να πω ευγενικά στην υπάλληλο ότι δεν μου έδωσε αυτά που ζήτησα... Επέμεινε ότι δεν έκανε κάποιο λάθος, με βγάζει ψεύτη και μετά με αγνοεί. Απαράδεκτη. Εχώ δουλέψει σε πολλά μαγαζιά, φούρνους, κυλικεία κλπ. Ο πατέρας είναι μάνατζερ του μεγάλου κυλικείου στο νοσοκομείο Γεννηματά και αυτή η συμπεριφορά είναι κατακριτέα. Ένα αστεράκι μόνο και μόνο επειδή έχω ξαναφάει και η ποιότητα είναι καλή. Όταν όμως η εξυπηρέτηση είναι πάτος δεν έχει καμία σημασία τι πουλάς. Αυτά. Καλές δουλειές.Μολις χάσατε έναν καλό πελάτη. Εν κατακλείδι, να αποσαφηνίσω πως το λάθος της υπαλλήλου είναι ασήμαντο αλλά η αντίδραση της πραγματικά λυπητερή.

I have worked in many shops, bakeries, canteens, etc. My father is the manager of the large canteen at Gennimata Hospital and this behavior is reprehensible. A star just because I have eaten before and the quality is good. But when the service is bottomless it does not matter what you sell. That's all. Good job. You just lost a good customer. In conclusion, let me clarify that the employee's mistake is insignificant but her reaction is really sad.
