Παρήγγειλα ένα δέμα κουρτινόξυλα, το οποίο εφόσον το παρέλαβαν απο την εταιρεία, επί μια εβδομάδα δεν μου το παρέδιδαν, με την αιτιολογία ότι δεν είχαν δρομολόγιο για την περιοχή μου. Αφού τους ενόχλησα επανειλημμένα, μου απάντησαν να πάω να το παραλάβω η ίδια. Τους εξήγησα πως εχω επιλέξει να γίνει η παράδοση κατ'οίκον κ εφόσον έχουν πληρωθεί από την εταιρεία τα μεταφορικά γι'αυτη την μεταφορά, είναι υποχρεωμένοι να μου το παραδώσουν στην πορτα μου. Όταν το παρέδωσαν λοιπόν μετά απο 1 εβδομάδα (επιτέλους!) , ζήτησαν κ επιπλέον 9€ για την μεταφορά! Για κάτι το οποίο έχουν ήδη πληρωθεί, απο την εταιρεία που συνεργάζονται! Φυσικά κ ενημέρωσα την εταιρεία... Μου επιβεβαίωσαν ότι το επιπλέον ποσό ήταν παράνομο κ πως δεν είχαν κανένα δικαίωμα να το ζητήσουν. Ήταν υποχρεωμένοι να παραδώσουν το πακέτο στην ώρα του κ χωρίς μεταφορικά, απο την στιγμή που αυτό αντέγραφε το παραστατικό της εταιρείας απο οπου παρήγγειλα το συγκεκριμένο είδος. One of the worst. Not at all professionals. With additional illegal charges. I ordered a package of curtain rods, which since they received it from the company, they did not deliver it to me for a week, on the grounds that they did not have a route to my area. After repeatedly annoying them, they replied that I should go and pick it up myself. I explained to them that I had chosen to have the delivery done at home and since the company has paid for the transport for this transfer, they are obliged to deliver it to me at my door. So when they delivered it after 1 week (finally!), They asked for an additional 9 € for the transfer! For something that has already been paid for by the company they work with! Of course I informed the company ... They confirmed to me that the extra amount was illegal and that they had no right to ask for it. They were obliged to deliver the package on time and without shipping, since this copied the document of the company from which I ordered the specific item.
