Benefits Good pay for the Greek standards, events to motivate employees (Tsiknopempti day with free food, activities with Santa Claus, Halloween etc ) comfortable office, much less pressure when it comes to working times than other call centers, you can come and go as you like, quite loose environment, some colleagues are friendly, fair and good intentioned Disadvantages Superficial/fake care for employees (a colleague of mine was fired because he faced some personal problems), some supervisors work only to get their salary (only a few supervisors really care to find accurate solutions when an agent asks for help), they often say/promise things they do not do on the long run (i.e work from home), lots of uncertainty (some people do not know the job, because some projects are new, so you cannot rely on them for an answer), they promote only people they like , I saw a large part of the previously "damaged and non-functional" Webhelp getting hired by the company in great masses, these people have formed their own circle and newcomers feel like outsiders if there are a lot of old employees of Webhelp working on the same project. Kind reminder for the Management: The entrance doors of the company are too heavy and take too long time to close, this encourages a lot of employees and passerby to tailgate which is not allowed according to the company 's policies. I mentioned this to the Management but I got an answer that it is complicated, because all decisions for the site in Greece are taken in another European country. This answer does not really provide a solution to the issue. I hope you will be able to solve this, because safety is very important. Especially when there is such a large competition of call centers in the market. Ideas for protecting the environment for the Management: a lot of your employees buy paper and plastic packs from the Sklavenitis supermarket underneath the company. Please place recycling bins at your premises, and minimize the huge waste of materials that occurs on a daily basis, as all modern, international companies do.
