★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't use this company charged me for sea salt stains on a car seat after he made me sign an agreement (when I was in my hotel the whole holiday) then when I complained about the fraudulent and sneaky tactics applied at the return the guy was arrogant and told me to pay charges. Now I have made a formal complaint they agreed the cars was returned in a very clean state but will only refund half the charges STAY AWAY PEOPLE THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY CHARGES!!!!!!!! Asked for a list of the the charges and miraculously they could not suppliy one and the charges where applied before I even reached the terminal. Will not use them again

This has been my second time I hire a car from the above branch. The first time, I got a free of charge upgrade from a compact car to BMW X1. That was a very pleasant surprise indeed. At that time I did not leave feedback. My bad. This time, I booked a small Reno Clio and on my arrival I did not like the clearness of the car. That was not a problem at all. The guys upgraded my booking again (free of charge!) and gave me Citroen C3. Really economical vehicle! I did a bit of travelling and I was happy with the car. The prices are not cheap during peak season, but usually are similar with the rest of the league, ie. Hertz etc. Pick up and drop off is easy and fast. I do recommend them. I am going to use them again.

During using got fine.asked person to charge fine from my deposit ,but was sent to post office and fill form at Greek language there. Not easy and weird.
Why so difficult procedure with it.

They gave me the car with fuel note 8/8 full in the lease agreement during check out. When I got the car, I noticed that the petrol indicator was at 7- / 8 (I have a photo). The employee assured me that the tank was full and the indicator was faulty (noted in the check out protocol). Prior to return the car, I went to a gas station and refueled it up to full. Surprisingly the petrol indicator showed 8 + / 8 (I have a photo) and the consumption was very high. Obviously I was cheated, the index was not damaged. I complained orally to the frond desk manager without any result.
