★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best local restaurant we have visited in Greece! The host took us to the kitchen to choose fish and wine, and the fish he has recommended was a master peace. The children enjoyed pizza and cheeseballs, and also feeding the geese outside. We also bought a box of the wine home.
The bill was rather fair. Definitly great value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was nice , but nothing really special , the value was good as prices are realistic in comparison to the touristic coast. The service was curt , correct , but not excelling in hospitality. A drawback are the numerous geese and swans begging around , which can be funny and playful , but the daily doses of manure they leave in a restaurant setting is not very conducive to a clean environment , The view to the lake is quite pretty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Along with your food ask for the unique organic Philoxenia Wine. A white wine made out of the greek grape Limnio. An ancient grape already mentioned by Aristotle. The winery is located at the top of the village.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Succulent fish and an unforgettable view of the lake. We had the grivathi fish which is endemic to the lake and it was as thick as meat! My compliments to the chef for grilling it so well, Bravo!
