P	Philip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: we did not use a breakfast facility in the restaurant the rooms are in a great location and we had a lovely view from room No4 The Taverna is a great place to eat the owners are really friendly Bedding and towels changed and room cleaned every other day A real " classic" Greek stay and Taverna experience. Negative: good as it is !.

Sensible precaution, and plenty of other places nearby to eat. Hand sanitiser provided in communal areas and in all rooms. Social distancing & wearing of face coverings respected everywhere in Kardamyli too. Far safer than the UK right now..

And the owners very very kind, they offered us to choose between two rooms (including a bigger one than the one we actually booked, plus invited us to a very tasty home-made portokalopita (pastry dessert with orange)! Thanks for everything!!.

Easy access to the sea - small stony beach and jetty with robust modern swimming ladder for access to deeper crystal clear waters. Professional and friendly proprietors. Health precautions are scrupulously maintained and cleaning to a ver high standard. Linen washed and pressed. Old Kardamyli v accessible on foot. Loads of good eateries and coffee shops and drinking establishments to suit every pocket.. Negative: We look forward to visiting the taverna when we come next time..

Our accommodation was a well equipped and very clean room with a comfortable bed, air-conditioning and a small kitchenette area. We stayed in a studio that can accommodate 3 people, and I can recommend this room as it has a bit more space. It has a wraparound balcony with views towards the sea to the front, and side views over the village square. The property is in the central part of Kardamyli and within 5 minutes walk from swimming spots and the beach, restaurants, the supermarket and the old town from where you can access paths going up the mountains overlooking Kardamyli. We like staying in the centre of town close to everything and the accommodation is very good value. The owners are very friendly and helpful and we stayed for 2 weeks..
