Σε κάθε ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία θα τηλεφωνήσουν για να σε ενημερώσουν ότι ένα από τα γλυκά που παράγγειλες δεν υπάρχει και θα πρέπει να αντικατασταθεί με άλλο. Αν έχεις πληρώσει και με κάρτα η κατάσταση χειροτερεύει αφού ενδέχεται να ξανατηλεφωνησουν και δεύτερη φορά γιατί πρέπει να βρεις το γλυκό στην αντίστοιχη τιμή εκ νέου...

 Nice sweets and good quality. The service, however, has a problem. At each online order they will call to inform you that one of the sweets you ordered does not exist and should be replaced with another. If you have paid with a card, the situation worsens since they may call again a second time because you have to find the sweet at the corresponding price again ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less then 2 hours ago I've bought few chocolate cakes, take away for our hotel room, from the first patisserie I came across in Rethymno, Skartsilakis Patisserie, after an exhausting excursion to Santorini.
Before coming in my holiday to Crete I asked my Greek work colleagues if they normally do good chocolate cookies in Greece/Crete and they said not really but they told me they do a lot of other very good sort of food.
I can say Skartsilakis Patisserie is a place which brings back the childhood emotions. The cookies bought from there were so delicious. We'll come back to this patisserie in our next visit to Rethymno to try other products too, as we have another few days left from our holiday in Crete. Sorry for not taken any pictures to post it!
