The whole town of Skiathos is a small work of art of locals and mother nature. It is adorned with churches, numerous souvenir shops, soap shops, fast food restaurants, numerous cafes and taverns ... What also gives a special beauty to Skiathos is the Burza peninsula, enriched with pine trees , you can walk there, because there is a path and benches, as well as a small amphitheater and a museum of musical art. The streets are narrow, adorned with cobblestones and lots of flowers and greenery. In the center there is an open-air cinema, where screenings of the film Mama Mia, which was shot on the neighboring island of Skopelos, are frequent.
