Die Villa der Pool die Aussicht, Lage, Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit ist einfach atemberaubend. Wir kommen zu absoluten 100 % zu diesem perfekten Ort, an dem wirklich alles stimmt, sehr bald zurück.

Es ist ein Traum! Eine perfekte Gastgeberin bietet luxuriöse und sehr saubere Unterkünfte zum fairen Preis. Wir haben in den Häusern Zaki 1 und Zaki 5 gewohnt, jedes Haus ist individuell und charmant eingerichtet.Ganz klar: 5 Sterne+.

My family and I have just spent 10 days at Zaki Villa 3 and it was truly a wonderful experience. The villa itself is beautiful, modern, spacious, fully equipped with nothing to lack. The absolute winner is the infinity pool with the stunning view at surrounding islands, your own little oasis of calm and relaxation. The villa has a perfect location - in the hills so its quite, not that hot as in the city , but still very close to the airport , Skiathos town and majority of beaches. Zaki is the most charming person who helped us organize our trip, having the renal car waiting for us at the airport, making sure we have the baby necessities at the villa so that we don't have to bring them with us and showed us the best places to see and visit during our stay in Skiathos. It was our pleasure meeting her and spending our holiday in her villa. We cant wait for the next year to return to this special place.

This was our 3rd stay at Zaki Villas. We love it more every time. The villas are stunning, spotlessly clean and the views are breath taking. Can't fault them.

My family of five (kids aged 5-11-15) are pretty much hotel-averse; it's not that we are anti-social, it's just that what we really REALLY value on a 2 week vacation in the islands is serenity and privacy in an exclusive environment. Zaki's villa's on the mountain overlooking Skiathos town is just what the doctor ordered. I had some reservations about renting in a multi-villa layout, but they were completely erased as soon as we arrived. The strategic placement of the walls and greenery are perfect, and the way the villas spill down the hill in an offset fashion means that despite one's proximity to the neighboring villas, you still get the feeling that you're alone in your eyrie. Lounging by the private pool, shaded from the hot Greek sun by an umbrella, with the beautiful blue Aegean contrasting against the stark white buildings of Skiathos town at your feet is the definition of peaceful bliss. OK, so occasionally you hear a stinking, noise polluting ATV go up the hill behind you, but the number of those rude intrusions are far outnumbered by the solitary call of a songbird. The photos on Zaki's website are completely accurate and are not misleading at all, what you see is what you get. And I will enthusiastically echo the praise of previous reviewers' opinions of Zaki herself. I don't believe I have ever met a villa owner that was more pleasant and accommodating to their guests. Every amenity you might need is available, and if it's not absolutely perfect, she will make it so. With a smile............! As others have also stated, you will need a car to stay unless you plan on either cooking all your meals in house or eating all your meals at the excellent Panorama restaurant 50 meters up the hill (the menu is extensive enough you could easily do so). Truly and sincerely a five star experience.

Zaki Villas is a beautiful place to stay at skiathos! The view and the villas are awesome! Its very clean and a nice place to relax. You can ask Zaki everthing if you need help and she will try to help you. I would recommend renting a car as well because its up the hill and there is no bus going up there. We had a wonderful time staying there.
