Τον επισκέφθηκα πριν απο είκοσι ένα χρόνια όταν άλλοι και γνωστοί δερματολόγοι αδυνατούσαν να εξαλλειψουν την ακμή μου.Έκτοτε μεχρι και σήμερα παραμένει για μένα ο προσωπικός μου ιατρός.Εξαλλείφθηκε η μετεφηβική μου ακμή,τα μαλλιά μου είναι υγειέστατα και πλούσια μιας και απέκτησα τριχόπτωση εξατίας μετατραυματικού στρες.Σήμερα ακολουθώ μια θεραπεία με τα υπερσύχρονα ιατρικά μηχανήματα και τα αποτελέσματα στο προσωπό μου είναι θεαματικά. Καταφέρνω και κλείνω ραντεβού για 1,5 μήνα μετά όχι για λέιζερ αλλά για εξέταση. Μια βδομάδα πριν το προγραμματισμένο ραντεβού, παίρνω ξανά τηλέφωνο επειδή την συγκεκριμένη ημερομηνία δεν μπορούσα (άνθρωποι είμαστε και σε όλους μπορεί κάτι να τύχει). Το σηκώνει μια κυρία η οποία ήταν δυστυχώς αγενής και απότομη και στην ερώτηση μου αν μπορούμε ν’αλλάξουμε το ραντεβού και να το βάλουμε κάπου κοντά μου λέει με υπεροπτικό ύφος μετά απο 1 μήνα πάλι, δλδ Ιούλιο και βλέπουμε. Όταν την ρώτησα αν έρθω έτσι χωρίς ραντεβού και ας περιμένω ώρες δεν με ενοχλεί, δεν θα εξυπηρετηθώ; Μου απάντησε απότομα όχι! Δλδ κάποιο έκτακτο περιστατικό εσείς το διώχνετε ή του λέτε να περάσει μετά απο 1,5 μήνα; Δλδ με τη λογική σας έτσι να κάνει και ένας οδοντίατρος ή ένας καρδιολόγος. Μα είστε σοβαροί; Που το είδατε αυτό; Είναι ντροπή και θεωρώ απαράδεκτο τέτοια συμπεριφορά λες και παίρνεις τηλέφωνο σε κάποια δημόσια υπηρεσία και σου κάνουν και χάρη απο πάνω. Λυπάμαι πολύ αλλά πρώτη φορά μου συμβαίνει κάτι τέτοιο να διώχνουν ασθενή. I want to emphasize that my criticism concerns only the staff of the call center and of course not the doctor. Do you expel an emergency or do you tell it to pass after 1.5 months? Dld with your logic so does a dentist or a cardiologist. But are you serious? Where did you see that? It is a shame and I consider such behavior unacceptable as if you are calling a public service and they do you a favor. I'm very sorry but this is the first time something like this has happened to a patient being expelled.
