★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είμαι μόνιμη πελάτισσα, αλλά μετά από την συμπεριφορά υπεύθυνου προς υπάλληλο σήμερα δε θα ξαναπατήσω το πόδι μου.
Ο υπάλληλος στη μαναβική- πιθανόν καινούργιος γιατί δεν τον είχα ξαναδει- ζύγισε λάθος μερικά αγγούρια. Όταν η πελάτισσα το πρόσεξε και του ζήτησε ευγενέστετα να το ξαναδούν, ο υπεύθυνος του φώναξε κατά λέξη:
"Καλά δεν ξέρεις να ξεχωρίζεις τα μεγάλα από τα μικρά αγγούρια;" Ο υπάλληλος καταντράπηκε, έτρεμαν τα χέρια του και οι πελάτες ήρθαν σε μεγάλη αμηχανία.
Από σχόλια που ακολούθησαν έγινε ξεκάθαρο ότι τέτοιου είδους συμπεριφορές είναι κοινές κα οι υπάλληλοι δέχονται τρελή πίεση.
Θα μου πείτε και τι θα γίνει τώρα που εγώ δε θα ξαναπάω; Πιθανόν τίποτα, αλλά ελπίζω να φτάσει αυτό το σχόλιο στα μάτια κάποιου που θα μπορεί να βάλει αυτόν τον υπεύθυνο στη θέση του.
 I am a regular customer, but after the behavior of a manager to an employee today I will not step on my foot again.
The grocery store clerk - probably new because I had never seen him before - weighed some cucumbers by mistake. When the client noticed it and politely asked him to see it again, the person in charge shouted at him:
"Well you do not know how to distinguish large from small cucumbers?" The clerk was upset, his hands were shaking and the customers were very embarrassed.
From the comments that followed it became clear that such behaviors are common and employees are under insane pressure.
Will you tell me what will happen now that I will not go again? Probably nothing, but I hope this comment reaches the eyes of someone who will be able to put this person in charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It had already happend to me 2x times that, expired goods ( yogurts, cheese...) it was in front, and in the back were goods with a valid date. The last time I bought cheese there, which I threw away right away. When they supply goods of dairy products, they easly leave it in the elevator even in this heat...then it is not surprising that the goods is for threw... for the supply of goods in they gave the same elevator as for the customer, so it can happen that sometimes you wait 15 ' for the lift.
